Absolutely love this MedRehab location in Richmond Hill. My massage therapist Larissa is simply awesome and she is blessed with the healing touch. The front desk staff is also super helpful & so accommodating . Wish all medical clinics cared so much about their patients and had the super pleasant attitude like these ladies.Totally recommend it for any and all sorts of physiotherapy related services…👍🎉👍🎉👍

I literally stumbled into the clinic on the day after I sprained my ankle because I was getting an X-ray near by. I had great results by going to Medrehab Group Richmond Hill consistently and bi weekly. the staff is very friendly, professional and courteously I really enjoyed seeing Liz, Babak, Christine, Jackie and the whole team every week….. not to mention the Physio on my ankle worked out really well!! I was very happy with this office and would highly recommend and return if required.

From my first phone call to MedRehab we received excellent customer service and care. They took the time to understand my daughter’s injury and quickly booked our first appointment to be seen for an assessment by Jackie. Jackie has been an amazing physiotherapist throughout the entire recovery process, educating us, providing suitable exercises and gauging my daughter’s recovery throughout the entire process. She always took the time to answer our questions and ask if we had any. The front desk staff are all very friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter. I have been going for massages to MedRehab for about a year. Lin has been so great with addressing my neck tension. She always knows exactly what to work on. I always leave feeling so much better. My family has been visiting the Med Rehab Vaughan location for many years now and we’ve always found relief for our medical issues by seeing their professional and friendly staff. We’ve tried physio and massage services, and most recently, acupuncture, and I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Lucky to have them so close by and always so accommodating with appointment times.

Excellent service! The secretaries are amazing! They did their best to accommodate my daughter the same day, as she had an injury and needed to be seen asap. The physiotherapist is amazing too, explained everything to us, gave her exercises and taped her and she was doing better after the appointment.

Great staff. Jackie is friendly and attentive to my needs. Was experiencing lower back pain, and felt a lot better after my first physio appointment. Stayed on top the recommended exercises and mindful of posture and self-care. Med-Rehab has been a great part of my wellness journey. Try them out, you won’t regret it!!!

I found this location on the mySunlife app while looking for a place that does massages and physiotherapy and after visiting them I found out they do so much more! My girlfriend and I go here once every few weeks and the staff are always friendly and love to chat with you while you're in the waiting room. I've gotten massages from a few different ladies and honestly have no complaints, they each have their own style but there's nothing bad about it. If you have the chance to stop by I would definitely recommend them!

I fractured a rib during a sports match. I have never broken a bone in my life so I was nervous getting treatment. Favouring certain muscle groups affected my posture and agility, especially around the neck and shoulders. MedRehab physio have been instrumental in getting my range of motion back. Hats off to Jackie, Noel and Diane. They took the time to explain the impacted areas of the injury and ensured I understood and was comfortable with the treatment. This is the best clinic I’ve ever been to! I regularly get massages here and have never been disappointed. The therapists are very knowledgeable and professional and the receptionists are always so welcoming and helpful! This clinic is very organized and accommodating which is very beneficial to busy patients like myself! Also, super clean space which makes me feel more comfortable attending my appointments during the pandemic.

The staff here are great and accommodating! My girlfriend and I were super impressed with the service. My girlfriend generally has a hard time getting massages from other places as they either apply too much pressure or too little. They practitioners here are the first people to do it just right for her. Definitely coming back in the future!

I have been coming to MedRehab for several years now due to my fibromyalgia pain. My massage therapist Lyn and physiotherapists Jackie and Noel are all absolutely amazing. Lyn is like a psychic massage therapist - I don't know, but without even saying anything to her she so goes to the right spots on my body that have extreme pain. When I leave my massage with her my body feels so relaxed. For someone who experiences extreme body pain she has been a Godsend to me. The same thing goes for Jackie and Noel - they always do several different types of pain therapies with me and every time I leave I can breathe a sigh of relief from my pain. Sometimes my pain gets so bad it takes my breath away. Now for the front desk staff. The 2 Amandas are always so helpful in making several appointments for me (and they are extremely patient). Elizabeth who also sits at the front desk recently waited on the phone with my insurance provider because they were giving me a hard time about paying for services - they had lost my paperwork 4 times - yes, 4 times! Poor Elizabeth stayed on the line with them for 5 hours! In the end, she ended up sending them my doctor's notes again for the 5th time and finally had it all resolved. Thank you Lyn, Jackie, Noel, Amanda, Amanda and Elizabeth!

My first experience here (which wasn’t too long ago) was amazing! The staff welcomed me with opened arms into their clinic, and explained everything I need to know about my knee injury! Jackie is an amazing physiotherapist, starts nice conversations during our appointments, and always gives her 110%! Not to mention the receptionists who always give you a warm welcome and make sure your taken care of! I definitely recommend this clinic to anybody!

The physiotherapist who treats me is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and uses a variety of treatments during each visit to help me recover. He has provided me with several exercises to do on my own in between visits for stretching and strengthening and everything he has done over the last several weeks has helped me significantly. I felt improvement quickly and am having a consistently positive experience. The office staff are fun and knowledgeable and have offered me flexibility when making my appointments. I have attended a few physiotherapy clinics over my lifetime, and can honestly say, I am receiving excellent care and a personalized treatment plan that is helping.
