Update 2021: Still the worst restaurant in the neighborhood. Order doesn't match, over to that gives Rotten Avacado! Forget any customer service. 2018: Ordered through their app 20 mins before reaching the store, they made me wait for 10 mins more just to tell me that they don't carry what I've paid for. I told the guy to make something similar and still got the most tasteless bowl ever. Totally waste of time and money!

You can use the app and order in advance. There's something special about this chain of restaurants where you just walk out feeling fresh energized and just healthier. Well here it is again folks another freshii is opened up but this time far to the east of the GTA. Don't worry it's got the same wonderful selection with the same slightly longer than I want to kind of wait for food wait time. The interior at this location has very limited seating it's more of a freshii Express experience. The staff is very friendly the facility's quite clean.

Wow I had the best Burrito and such friendly service today! It actually made my day. Good food is like that! Kerraine and Nita excellent customer service,fast service. Smiles that light up the room.

Terrible service, workers make too many mistakes. One of the ladies that works here with the white hats has no manners and gave me attitude instead of saying "pardon" when she couldn't hear what I was saying. Overall one of the worst Freshii locations in Toronto. The person that runs this place should find a new job.

Uber Eats currently has a buy 1 get 1 free bowl deal going on. When you pay almost $20.00 for a bowl, it's a pretty decent savings. Well when I received my food, the bowls were half full, so this really wasn't a deal at all. It's very deceiving and sketchy. When you order a buy 1 get 1 you size should not be compromised.

Perfectly prepared bamboo bowl by well-trained efficient staff in a very clean restaurant makes for a perfect gluten-free lunch for a Celiac like me.

Friendly staff, freshii is always delish! Was a little hard to get in with a stroller but random strangers helped.

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. The food is always fresh and you can have your dish customized if you have any allergies or restrictions. Many great options for vegetarians!

When I first walked in, it felt underlit and too dark, giving the impression that perhaps its not very clean. The plexiglass along the counter has the top portion covered with signage thats peeling, adding to the feeling that cleanliness is a problem. The service was friendly, but one of the ladies working there had a terrible problem with body odour, which was evident once I got to the cashier to order. Someone needs to address this as its very off-putting especiallyl around food. My bowl was half full and disappointing. Did not taste fresh. Wont be returning.

One of the worst freshiis in toronto. Just moved into the area and they have never gotten an order right, portion sizes are tiny and the bathroom is always a mess. I never write reviews but this spot was brutal.

Today me and my friend visited this location.The customer service of Kerraine the supervisor and Archi was excellent. When ever we are in that area will make sure we will visit them for another meal. Very friendly and courteous.They made sure that we are satisfied with the order. Chitra Peiris

This is a tough one. First time ever eating their food. Looked great - clean, fresh, well presented without a question. Great tasting bowl - I got the steak bowl (see photo). The protein was great, just wished there was more. I'm 6ft/200 lbs. - this lunch was more of an appetizer for me or a starter salad. I do realize the concept of the restaurant, eating healthy and what not - but man, did I wish I had another bowl. I can recommend this bowl if you are maybe trying to loose weight and or eat healthier - but I don't believe I would re-order again to be honest. No offence.

I just love it when i ate it 1st time.. it has many options to select.. one bowl has more than enough food. I loved Pango bowl shareing some photos of it..

I ordered two soups. Both were disgusting. No flavor as all. No spice. No nothing in terms of flavor. It was like sipping on warm light lemon water The spicy chicken broth was not at all spicy. The noodles filled 3/4 of the bowl, vegetable and chicken pieces took over the rest, so leaving only a little room for the broth. I believe there was only maybe 3/4 cup broth. The veggies were also not cooked in the broth but rather placed in the bowl. This is absolutely not soup.. and its highway robbery to charge $13 for a bowl mostly full of rice noodles, water, lemon, and the a few veggies. I'm extremely disappointed and will never order soup from freshii again

Went to the place and had a good experience especially the way they welcome the guest. And one thing that striked me was the girl Chinchu who patiently took my order and delivered it on time. I ordered ohaxaca bowl and it was too good. Kudos to the team !!!!!!

Yummy food. Loved the custom bowl. Highly recommend for people looking for healthy food.

Deserves a rating that is higher than 3.6 for sure. Customizable fresh salad and greens on the go and caring staff is all I wanted and thats what I got. Good place to go for a salad to keep you energized and full. Just this last visit I’d say 10/10. Good customizable salad.

Went to this location May 2023. The portion size was tiny only half my bowl was filled. All my noodles were broken and the chicken tasted old. The whole meal was totally lacking in flavour. This was a total rip off waste of money.

So nice to have a healthy option for a quick lunch. Nathan and Leego made sure my burrito was tasty and well-made in a timely manner. They were super nice! The location was clean and a nice place to sit and eat. The food was delicious!

Had no choice so giving 1 star! Hope the owner of this franchise looks at this. It has been a few visits recently to this freshii location as it is close to where I live and I feel very disappointed. They always omit the key ingredients in the bowl (eg. avocado, cilantro, tomatoes yesterday) and something in the bowl tasted stale. After my little one had a few bites and cried with a terrible stomach ache I tasted the food and it didn't seem fit so we threw it out. This is when I decided to write a review. I used to get freshii everyday when I used to work in downtown and loved those locations and the bowls looked filled with healthy ingredients vs this location. Was definitely my last visit.

I am very disappointed tonight. I ordered the Market salad /falafel and the quinoa and falafel is cold. I have never received a bowl with cold falafel and am pretty sure the quinoa was always heated before. Also, way too much dressing.

Quality of food was good, and servers were friendly but seemed very confused. After almost being over charged, both custom orders I made were also incorrect. It’s frustrating as I love the Freshii concept and the food is very good quality, but annoying when it seems that, although very nice, the employees didn’t really seem to know what was going on. I feel they weren’t set up for success.

First and last time eating at freshii. The protein portion in my bowl (chicken) was tiny! Literally any bowl at any other place is a much better value. The chicken was also packaged and seemed processed. It's a two star review because the nice, friendly service.

I’ve never walk out with the correct order. I always get home and something has been missing or the wrong ingredients have been added.
