Fabulous new spot in Leslieville (with an original location in the Junction)! We had AMAZING chicken sandwiches, me the Club, and their fries and slaw were solid, too.

Id heard of this place a few times, but recently moved to the Junction triangle and discovered its a short walk away. Reminded me of the outdoor burger places when i was a kid with the picnic tables outside the order window. I got the tuck Royale with the beyond meat patty. So good, but the smoked butternut squash "bacon" is insanely good. I cant say its exactly like bacon, but surprisingly it does taste like sort of like bacon.

The Tuckshop Kitchen is a great spot for fresh BBQ in the Dupont Area of Toronto. They have a selection of burgers, brisket, ribs and fresh bacon among other options, all made fresh to order. If you're lucky enough to get the brisket that day before its sold out, its very moist and delicious if you eat it right away! Even after taking some home for lunch the next day it was still flavorful, but not as moist and juicy as same-day. They have a smoker and flatop grill and a cute patio outside if you want to eat in person. Overall great service.

Great lunch at the end of the Rail Path. I have a client nearby, so I stopped by for lunch. Great burger, I got the Tuck Royale, and killer fries. The French fries are like McDonalds in form factor but seasoned crazy well. The burger was juicy but also crunchy in the right ways, and it had a bit of heat! Good to see someone in Toronto still pushing the limit of burgers without trying to blow the price out of the water. 10/10 would recommend. Great service too, I went by at 2 o’clock on a Sunny Thursday afternoon.

Good quality ingredients and fun but familiar spins on classics. My only hesitation is I felt the burger could have been cooked better. In that regard it won't be toppling any of my favorite burger places but I still look forward to exploring this menu further. Highly recommend especially if you are in the neighborhood.

One of the best burgers in Toronto! Everything is high quality and delicious, including the fries. Definitely get Dad’s root beer too.

Great value for a real, flavour-rich sandwich experience! I tried the sweet mama's chicken sandwich while visiting. It delicious and fully satisfying! I ate in, and loved the restaurant too, with its clean, simple, funky decor.

3.5 Stars: so I got the chicken burger, which is more of a chicken salad sandwich than a "warm" burger. For a cold sandwich, I personally much prefer a thinner bread than the thick burger bun, but otherwise the insides were pretty good. Would love to try the main attractions of the menu but they mix all their meat patties with pork so that’s a no no. Great fries tho!

The Sweet Mama’s Chicken Sandwich is literally one of my favourite sandwiches! It always hits the spot and the ingredients pair so well together. I love that they have a location on either sides of the city too.

This is the best place for anyone who has a sandwich craving. The pesto club is something else. Perfect combination of spices, turkey, pesto. Amazing fries. Always super fresh! Great job Tuck Shop!

TL;DR It’s great even if not perfect (the people too). I’m gradually working through the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet. Even though I’ve given it 5 stars, I know it’s not perfect. I love this place for what it is, where it is, and the people who work there. For me, it’s a little place in my neighbourhood where I can grab a quick tasty meal. The staff each have their own thing going on and they’re friendly. Service is always with a smile (unless everyone but the cook is on break or busy, and even then they’re trying).

Recently moved near the area and have seen this cute little shop on my ice coffee walks. Finally decided to get their fries and they are absolutely amazing. I’m not a fry girl so I am shocked but I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu. Also the service was very friendly and quick

I got the Chicken sandwich. All I can say is don't believe the hype. It was OK. But just OK. $15 just for a chicken burger I would expect something better than what I make at home for a quick weeknight meal. Definitely not worth it in the slightest!!

I had the Tuck Royale combo to go. The burger is small but filling. The meat pattie is juicy and the bacon is smoky and crispy. The bun is also good. The fries are delicious and my favorite part of the meal. I wish the bun and overall burger was a bit wider and not as tall. It was really hard to eat but tasty nonetheless. There's not really a vibe as it's more of a takeout joint but there's plenty of space to sit and wait for your order.

Great spot for a juicy burger and skinny fries. Good topping options and nice soft buns. Order ahead online to save time waiting at the window.

Great burgers and fries with a few picnic benches to sit. Visit during good weather or plan to pick up and eat at home. The bacon is amazing!

I had the burger which was really good. It was perfect. My partner had the chicken sandwich. We thought it'd be a warm chicken sandwich but it was cold chicken which threw me off at first but it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. Definitely recommend.

I wouldn’t buy any other burgers before I try “Tuck Royal” and fries! Friendly stuff and delicious mouthwatering food. Full support for my neighbours. See you soon.

Creative burgers, friendly service and yummy fries. I loved the Sweet Mama’s chicken burger! Portion size was good, I’m still full hours later. A great option in the area.

This place is just ok.... The best thing about it is the fries! I had the hot mama sandwich with the butternut squash "bacon". There was almost no flavour and no texture except soft. I asked for some hot sauce hoping that would liven things up, but unfortunately they don't have any🙁. 4 Burgers, one chicken sandwich, 4 small fries and 4 cans of pop cost us nearly 100 dollars.

Awesome little place for takeout, with a couple of picnic tables out for outdoor seating. Sandwiches are tasty, and made while you wait.

Stayed in the city for a week and this was by far the best lunch we had. We had the Tuck Royale and the Sweet moma's chicken sandwich. 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

My family and I purchased 5 burgers for 75 dollars. The burger patty is way too small for the buns they use. The lettuce is not shredded. It’s one piece of thick domain lettuce, which takes away from actually tasting the meat. My mom purchased the chicken burger. The chicken was so cold, nearly frozen. Not sure if this is the typical way the burger is prepped, but was not enjoyable whatsoever. We personally would never go back.

I moved into the neighbourhood 2 year's ago and stumbled across this gem. I have had their Tuck Royal and BLT and the fries. The best burger you will ever have. They make their own Bacon which is heaven. You want great food, great service you need to come here

Fantastic sandwiches and snacks made by people who obviously love sandwiches and snacks. Bbq seasoning on the fries is very delicious.

Awesome Tuck burger and crispy tasty fries!... was ready for pick up when I got there at the specified time... took off a star because there was tomato on my burger when I had ordered it without. Will definitely do take out with these guys again.

Incredible burgers with house smoked bacon. I ended up getting the large fries and they have a beautiful seasoning on them. If you have been walking by this place and wondering, now's the time to go

👍 Good food as always! Convenient. Kids friendly. One star less because in the men’s washrooms there is no arrangement for baby diapers change. I managed it somehow but for a single dad with baby it is not convenient. I hope management would put up something to resolve it. Thank you.

😠 Wait time is usually longer, but after we were seated the service was very slow and the waitress didn’t bother to check on us. Well, she served the drinks and food, but no plates n cutlery given. We were a group of 10, so the 18% service tax was automatically added to bill, that could be the reason...
