I've
been
going
to
this
clinic
for
other
services
and
few
weeks
ago
I
decided
to
also
move
my
dental
to
this
location
but
it
was
a
mistake.
When
I
booked
the
appointment
online,
I
went
through
practitioners'
profiles,
chose
to
be
with
a
specific
hygienist
"Devi"
and
got
the
confirmation,
but
the
day
of
my
appointment
I
was
randomly
assigned
to
someone
else
without
being
told
anything.
When
I
asked
the
receptionist,
I
was
simply
told
that
Devi
does
not
take
patients
at
this
time
(first
they
waited
till
I
showed
up
to
tell
me
this,
and
if
she
doesn't
take
new
patients
why
your
system
is
allowing
to
choose
her?!).
Note
also
that
when
I
booked
my
appointment
few
weeks
ago,
Healthone
reached
out
to
me
right
after
trying
to
upsell
and
book
me
for
an
appointment
with
a
dentist
following
the
one
I
booked
with
a
hygienist,
though
they
didn't
bother
at
the
time
to
tell
me
that
the
hygienist
I
booked
with
does
not
take
new
patients.
I
simply
wasted
my
time
going
there
today,
filling
out
forms,
then
leaving
without
getting
the
service
I
went
there
for.
Based
on
this
experience,
I
will
just
be
looking
for
a
new
dental
clinic.
Edit
:
after
posting
this
review,
Healthone
called
me
saying
that
now
they
can
book
me
with
"Devi"
(suddenly,
she
is
taking
new
patients
now,
even
though
I've
been
told
the
opposite
when
I
showed
up
in
person
for
my
scheduled
appointment
with
her,
and
had
to
leave
without
service).
Obviously
they
are
trying
to
make
up
for
their
mistake,
but
it
was
too
late.
