With all due respect, the clinic doesn't feel like a medical center anymore. It feels more like a luxury lounge or wellness center. First, I don't find appointments at the time of the need (slots are usually booked for 2 weeks), and when I find one, those are canceled without any notice. I just had a medical need. I have a very bad cough. I have been coughing my lungs out for the past 2 weeks. I booked the appointment and got the confirmation email as well 24 hours before my appointment 24. I was hoping to sleep better tonight, but when I visited the clinic, I was told that the doctor had to leave and there was no replacement doctor available. This has happened to me in the past as well. Please be a professional and help the person in need when he needs. If this is how your so-called clinic operates, I think I should look somewhere better where I can find real doctors.

I've been going to this clinic for other services and few weeks ago I decided to also move my dental to this location but it was a mistake. When I booked the appointment online, I went through practitioners' profiles, chose to be with a specific hygienist "Devi" and got the confirmation, but the day of my appointment I was randomly assigned to someone else without being told anything. When I asked the receptionist, I was simply told that Devi does not take patients at this time (first they waited till I showed up to tell me this, and if she doesn't take new patients why your system is allowing to choose her?!). Note also that when I booked my appointment few weeks ago, Healthone reached out to me right after trying to upsell and book me for an appointment with a dentist following the one I booked with a hygienist, though they didn't bother at the time to tell me that the hygienist I booked with does not take new patients. I simply wasted my time going there today, filling out forms, then leaving without getting the service I went there for. Based on this experience, I will just be looking for a new dental clinic. Edit : after posting this review, Healthone called me saying that now they can book me with "Devi" (suddenly, she is taking new patients now, even though I've been told the opposite when I showed up in person for my scheduled appointment with her, and had to leave without service). Obviously they are trying to make up for their mistake, but it was too late.

My physiotherapist Logan always wears a great smile and gives me positive energy in my treatment. She provides her valuable advice and exercise for me to do. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in a physiotherapy.

Great office for a walk-in clinic and booking system, but they seriously need to hire better doctors (which is kind of the main point of it all). Twice I went there for the convenience, and both times I ended up having my medical issues ultimately resolved elsewhere, because both times the doctors I got seemed clueless, rushed you out in 4 minutes, and one did not follow up on the referral promised.

OMG went today to the walk in clinic and the welcoming was amazing from the front desk, seeing a doctor was fast and Dr Jia Lin He is the best doctor, he listen and help. Thank you again!

Always amazing service here. They got me an appointment right away to check my wrist for carpal tunnel pain. I was able to see a Dr, then get fitted and assessed for a brace with the physiotherapist and my brace was ordered and delivered all within 24hrs. SPECTACULAR! One thing to note is their online booking system never works, but I have no trouble calling to book :)

The receptionists are so kind and very efficient at their work! I could see their smiles through their masks! Christine was such a joy to deal with both over the phone and in person. The facility is clean and well organized. Great experience!

I had my osteopathic treatments with Jessica and she was professional and great at understanding/diagnosing my hip. The visits have provided much relief for not only my hip, which I came in for, but also I have experienced better mobility in exercising, walking, and less strain at my desk. She has a welcoming attitude and I'd recommend osteopathy here at HealthOne.

Got a massage from Melinda Baldwin and I left the next day in more pain and found a bruise on my back. I’ve tried other RMTs which were fine but left with a bad experience this time. The clinic called me after and gave me a complimentary massage with Minoo which was amazing. Definitely recommend Grace or Minoo which is why I have changed my review to 5 stars as the client service was great and they were quick to correct my experience. Receptionists are always very sweet as well.

I had a smooth and comfortable first experience getting facial fillers. Everything was professional from the moment I entered the doors. Nurse Cassandra has realistic ideas as far as what a face actually needs and that resulted in a natural look, which is exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be going back.

The HealthOne Centre is the perfect one stop shop for absolutely anything health and medical related. Went to the pharmacy for prescription drugs. Pharmacist Roman was amazing. I had Covid based on symptoms in June 2020 and still have ongoing heart and lung issues. I follow with the Naturopath Saira Kassam to ensure that I am taking the right supplements and eating the right foods to help with my recovery. Just recently, in late Aug 2021, I also started having treatments with Kevin Cai, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist, and continue to have weekly treatments (pressure points, acupuncture, cupping etc). I have had a noticeable improvement in my functional ability as I was making 420 metres in 6 minutes of walking (10th percentile for people my age) before starting with Kevin and now after 8 treatments with him I am making 580 metres in 6 minutes of walking (50th percentile for people my age). Normally, I am very athletic and running 10 km 3-4 times per week and doing yoga and ballet. I am slowly recovering and still have a long way to go and both Saira and Kevin are really helping me and their care and treatments are complimenting my ongoing OHIP tests and follow up.

Yesterday I wrote about my bad experience with my $620 knee brace i purchase at this store and my disappointment when they cannot do an exchange for me. Today I got a call from the medical center asking me to bring my knee brace for an exchange. I appreciate the customer service from the owner and resolving my concerns immediately. I am happy to continue my yearly purchase from your store going forward . Thank you fir the quick resolution to my satisfaction. The Health One ecosystem is by far, the best medical experience I've ever had. At the start of the new year, I went a little overboard and booked appointments with all of the departments. My vision test with the optometrist was pleasant and informative. The walk-in clinic wait times are incredibly short. And my appointments with Dr. Saira Kassam have literally helped my overall health do a complete 180 for the better. I'd highly recommend this location and all the staff there as well.

I had booked a full eye exam and when I arrived in the clinic, I saluted the receptionist and she didn't reply as she didn't hear me(but definitely saw me), as she was laughing out loud with another staff and trying on glasses. After going around for several minutes, she then came to take me to the doctor. The doctor was amazing, nothing but excellent service and professionalism. After the exam was done, I paid and I was told by the same receptionist that I would be sent the invoice and prescription via email that day. I didn't, and i had to call several times and sent an email to get it in my email. Very disappointed on the customer service considering the fat price they charge.

I had some issues at the start with getting an appointment. They quickly added walk-ins slots so that patients could get appointments quicker. Young Dr's who collaborate on your care if needed. My family of 50 years just retired and I am adjusting to this clinic and I am very pleased with my care. Dt Kara is excellent. Thank you.

My experience here was great. As a tourist I went during walk-in clinic hours hoping to get help quickly, the staff was very helpful and kind, the doctor was great and I got help in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I'm hopeful that my experience will help them do better for future patients -- and thankfully, my teeth look great. ***** I've been incredibly disappointed with the service that I have received here for Invisalign. They have tried to reschedule 3 appointments in a row at the last minute. And at my last appointment, they were 35 minutes late. The person who oversees payments there also forgot to process my payment and charge my credit card: a nod to the fact that they are clearly disorganized. The treatment experience itself has been fine -- when I'm finally squeezed in -- but there are so many options available for Invisalign in Toronto that I would look elsewhere.

I have been to skin, dentist, massage, chiro, ostriopath and more at this location. The level of experience, customer service and knowledge is incredible between these 4 walls. Nurse Ada has been absolutely amazing from skin care and she is someone that loves what she does and is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I go back to health one at least 3 times a week. I have had a wonderful experience every time i have visited here. Kudos to Kendra at the wellness clinic who swiftly resolved a dispute i had. crisp and clear communication all the way. I also did a walk-in and consulted Dr. Khun-Khun. Quick diagnosis, correct medication and thoroughly professional. A good dr who listens to her patients!

Can't speak highly enough of Logan as a physio. Very detailed to my specific issue and very clear with recommendations and post physio support. All the staff within the Rehab team are excellent.

Went here for dental. Pros: - Very large, you can get an appointment quickly. Cons: - for invisiline (new version of braces) you feel like you are at a used car dealer. They throw some random numbers for price hand written on paper. They originally asked for 5500 for it, then quickly dropped it to 4500. I would not go to them for it (procedure is done by computer, hard to mess up, can get it for way cheaper elsewhere)

personally not feel trust about the pharmacist and the receptionist of the medical side. i got my prescription today, when i ask pharmacist show me the bottle to double check the name of the medicine, she literally told me on last minute about ‘even the medicine’s name looks different but they are the same thing.” And she said today i will give you the cheaper one without asking patients consent. After i came back to the receptionist for asking if she could help me double check about whether those two names of medications meaning the same thing , she said doctor would call the pharmacist to explain based on the fact I could not trust the pharmacist anymore 😑😂😂😂😂😂😂

I’ve done months worth of research to find a credible injector and so glad I found Ada Shim. She’s so knowledgeable about the procedures and guided me every step of the way. She was also very realistic when it came to expectations of what I wanted to achieve. I felt very comfortable during my appointment. Post injections, I had no bruising and just minor tenderness that was expected.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for roughly a year and always had a great experience!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I was checked if the pharmacy had any infant Tylenol since there’s been a shortage. Roman was so helpful and helpful as able to calculate the ratio Of adult Tylenol I would need to give to my niece!!! Really grateful for the staff here!!!

Where do I begin?! I am so happy about the service rendered at Health One! Prior to visiting the optometry I was on a search for places to go to to do an eye exam and was unable to get a booking that catered to my schedule. I was walking in the area and running other errands when I came across a well lit and visually appealing store with a myriad of frame options! When I walked in, I was overwhelmed with a wonderful customer experience. I met Summiyah and she was PHENOMENAL! Super personable, and professional! She seamlessly walked me through the entire process from my eye exam to getting new frames, she accommodated my scheduling constraints and I was able to get an appointment that day AND find new frames! The optician was VERY informed and took her time to educate me about the things I needed to know. I'm incredibly grateful to have noticed the store but even more thankful for the atmosphere and the service rendered. Health One TO - 10/10 always!!!

Wow! This is the fanciest clinic in Toronto! I came here to see my new chiropractor, Dr. Michael Zimbaro. The clinic is modern, clean, and just impeccable. They have everything you need from family doctors, to psychologists, to chiropractors. My appointment went very well. It is clear that their staff is professional and exceptionally strong. They know what they are doing and you definitely will be in good hands! If I did not have a family doctor, I would get on a wait list here.

The doctors at this clinic are friendly & caring. I feel confident going to them. The admins are efficient, kind. They do their best to stay on time with appointments but it helps when the other patients are on time.

This is by far the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. Not only do they have walk in and family medicine, but optometry, dentistry, Rehab which include osteopathic therapy (Jess is a miracle worker) chiropractic therapy, and more, plus a skin clinic which will do facials. Everyone here is so nice and so helpful, I always look forward to coming in. One stop for all my needs.

Honestly, one of the best and most clean clinics I've been. Very hip with multi other functions. The receptionist/nurses are very busy, but trust me, you will be attended and the Dr's are very warm and considerate. I will be returning for future ailments.

HealthOne Toronto is an excellent choice for anyone seeking skin treatments. Nurse Rachel Pooyanmehr helped me with removing skin tags recently and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was having this procedure done on my face, I was very nervous and she put me at ease. It was an amazing experience and she gave me beautiful results. I have been to the aesthetics clinic twice now. Received filler and Botox the first time and had a BBL and HALO treatment the second. AMAZING results! The staff are truly professional and competent. UPDATE - They seem to have a plan in place to avoid this from happening as frequently. Great clinic, amazing doctors - however they never stick to appointment times. Expect to wait atleast 30+ minutes over your scheduled appointment time. If you’re a working professional, definitely something to keep in mind when booking blood tests, doctor visits etc.

Dr Jaspreet Khun Khun is by far the greatest physician I've ever met. I've gone through over a dozen doctors and she is the only one who has ever made me feel seen, heard, and supported. She has changed my life in ways I can not even put to words. The world needs more physicians like Dr Khun Khan. Her work is only enhanced by the kind and accommodating support staff. 10/10 would highly recommend.
