I would like to start off by stating that I rarely write a review. For the experience I had at this clinic I knew it was essential I post my thoughts. I have suffered from unexplained chronic lightheadedness and vertigo for over 20 years. I've done everything under the sun, from seeing ENT's, Neurologists, diets, therapy, etc. Doctors are constantly baffled and always end with the same statement; "I don't know what's wrong." I decided to go elsewhere and try an outside of the box experiment. I got my life savings prepared and headed over to a highly reviewed Clinic. I called in and the secretary was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my story. I was told that ozone therapy would be the way to end my suffering. But a face to face appointment would be needed. 750 dollars later I went in and had a wonderful experience. I spoke to the doctor and her daughter who were both knowledgeable, but kept insisting on the various other services they also had. If I did everything they told me to it would cost well over 10,000. I stated I would only do Ozone therapy. Fast forward, I was put on a clean elimination diet. I did blood work and was told after 10 business days the results would come in, but to be patient because they would help me every step of the way. So I waited. After the bloodwork I could begin ozone therapy. I never received a call and decided i would reach out after 15 business days! To which i was told by a "coincidence",they were going to call me that night. I got my results and was booked for a followup appointment on the Friday. This was on a Wednesday when I spoke to them. I was told to continue with the diet for a few more weeks. The next day I got a call that I missed and went to voice-mail stating that the same doctor I spoke to was calling to talk about my blood work and book a follow up appointment. She then laughed at herself and apologized and hung up.. very unprofessional. The Friday appointment arrived which was for 11:45am. I told my work I needed to step out and proceeded to wait until 12:02 for the late call. Just to be told the doctor was late due to traffic. Rescheduled for 5:45pm. We did the FaceTime consultation. During the call they stated I would be emailed with the next step and ozone treatment plans. Tuesday or by Wednesday the latest and I requested to be booked for my first appointment on the Saturday. I waited..and waited.. so I called on Thursday and kindly asked what time my appointment was on Saturday. The receptionist said I had no appointment for the scheduled day. I cancelled all treatment with them on the spot. I have had no honest word from them from the beginning. Each time I was told a date, they failed to deliver, and when I would call it felt at times like I was bothering them. Sorry for the ramble but don't waste your time and energy with this clinic.

Your clinic is truly wonderful! Excellent extensive intake forms really narrow down the scope of what the patient is bringing to the initial intake appointment. The parking has easy access to the clinic your receptionist was kind and informative. I absolutely loved the care and compassionate the IV technician shared while doing my Ozone and Vit C drip therapy. Dr. K you truly have created the Upper Room of healing there. I will forever have the deepest gratitude toward this clinic. They gave me my life back in so many ways. I was severely ill in the summer of 2021, in and out of the ER without a single doctor overly concerned about why this was happening. It turns out that Dr. Kostovic is quite brilliant and thought it would be best to do a full analysis of my health. Not only did she figure out the chronic illness I suffered from, when no one else could, she provided a treatment that may cure me and even if it doesn’t, I am 100% symptom free anyway thanks to all of the preliminary protocols and treatments I underwent. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, highly intelligent and such a joy to engage with. I recently visited the Upper Room clinic and was impressed with the service. Rosie at the reception was amazing at providing the initial information over the phone and booking the appointment for the next day which was a Holiday weekend . When visited, the facility was very clean and well-maintained and I received prompt attention. Dr. Kostovic was patiently answering all my questions and offering honest opinions. Her team of assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, very pleased with their service.

Diagnosed with an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkins Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) and not given much hope with the standard conventional protocol, I felt overwhelmed, until I found the Upper Room Clinic and chose alternative cancer treatments instead. The experience was handled with the up most professionalism. I was treated with respect and care. I was sick for years and finally i was diagnosed with Lyme which turned into chronic lyme. I tried everything from antibiotics to hyperbaric chamber nothing worked i still felt horrible finally my doctor told me to try the upper room, they have a therapy called SOT. At this point i was willing to try anything they did a test to find out what strains of lyme i had, once that was done they sent my blood to the RGCC clinic where they create something to combat the lyme through your blood. I did the treatment and 5 month later i tested for lyme again and everything came back negative. It was a feeling of relief. The staff is also amazing just kind and great people. I hope this review can help more people that were in my situation.

The PRP Hocatt and Vitamin C protocol I had made a world of difference for my recovery for my achilles tendon. Other places I called said I would need 4-6 PRP injections and at the Upper Room it only took one single PRP treatment to get my life back.
