I
don't
even
know
where
to
begin...
actually
I
do:
THERE
IS
NO
PARKING.
We
booked
through
RBC
travel
and
the
listing
clearly
says
that
parking
is
included.
It
also
says
to
call
24
hours
before
check
in
to
confirm
your
reservation
which
we
did.
My
girlfriend
was
assured
on
the
phone
that
there
was
parking
for
"20
dollars"
instead
of
the
12
dollars
as
advertised
in
the
listing.
When
she
asked
about
this
discrepancy
she
was
told
the
price
"just
went
up"...
fine,
whatever
-
it
is
Toronto
so
that's
still
a
good
price.
We
arrived
the
next
day
to
be
told
there
is
nothing
but
street
parking.
Sort
of
a
problem
given
that
the
streets
in
the
area
are
busy.
When
we
found
our
way
into
the
lobby
(previous
reviews
showing
the
barely
visible
name
printed
out
and
taped
to
the
door
handle
are
accurate
included
here
in
the
photos)
I
was
told
I
needed
to
go
online
and
register
for
overnight
street
parking
through
the
city.
This
requires
that
you
print
out
a
ticket
and
display
it
in
your
window.
I
said
I
would
have
done
that
in
advance
had
I
know
there
was
actually
no
private
parking.
He
offered
to
print
the
ticket
for
me
at
least
which
I
obviously
had
to
take
him
up
on.
Sidebar:
I
paid
26
dollars
for
two
nights
online.
When
I
came
back
to
print
the
ticket
he
said
"why
did
you
pay
for
two
nights?
I
would
have
maybe
had
something
for
you
tomorrow"...
I'm
not
confident
that's
the
truth
so
I
feel
better
about
paying
less
plus
at
least
I
knew
I
had
a
spot.
Checking
in
was
also
not
ideal.
There
isn't
always
someone
in
the
lobby
so
you
have
to
call
the
number
posted
on
the
door
which
always
says
"Back
in
5
minutes"
but
my
recent
experience
tells
me
that's
an
inaccurate
time
frame.
The
number
sometimes
disconnects
or
plays
call
back
music.
Sometimes
he
eventually
picks
up
or
calls
you
back
after
you've
hung
up
but
either
way
you're
waiting
it
out.
I
had
to
go
through
this
procedure
after
I
found
street
parking
and
had
to
come
back
to
the
office
for
him
to
print
the
ticket.
Now
to
the
room...
Ours
was
definitely
not
one
of
the
ones
featured
in
the
photos.
So
small.
So
dirty.
No
window
but
a
sky
light
that
someone
opened
without
our
knowledge
during
the
two
days
we
were
there.
The
floors
were
filthy
and
covered
in
small
shards
of
broken
glass.
My
girlfriend
actually
cut
her
foot
and
we
picked
up
at
least
five
good
sized
pieces
off
the
floor
which
you
can
see
in
the
photos.
The
walls
have
faded
writing
on
them
and
I'm
pretty
sure
the
thermostat
didn't
do
anything:
the
paper
instructions
he
gave
us
didn't
match
that
unit
in
our
room
so
you
can't
actually
adjust
anything.
We
saw
a
room
across
the
hall
that
had
the
door
open
and
it
looked
much
better
than
ours.
Unsure
how
you're
able
to
book
that
room.
At
least
our
bathroom
was
clean
and
there
was
a
mini
fridge.
This
area
is
beautiful
during
the
day
but
sketchy
as
hell
at
night.
This
is
a
busy
motel:
there
were
children
crying
all
through
the
early
morning
and
domestic
altercations
in
the
wee
hours
up
and
down
the
hallway
as
people
screamed,
slammed
doors
and
stormed
up
and
down
the
stairs.
It
looks
like
our
door
frame
had
been
damaged
and
then
repaired
-
as
if
it
had
been
kicked
in
at
some
point.
My
girlfriend
and
I
travel
a
lot
and
are
very
low
maintenance:
we
are
no
stranger
to
a
less-than-five-star
hotel
experience
but
this
one
takes
the
cake.
I
would
not
come
back
here.
We
were
desperate
for
two
nights
in
the
city
and
didn't
want
to
pay
1200
for
it
so
it
fulfilled
those
requirements.
Unless
you're
basically
looking
for
a
hostel
experience
I
would
book
somewhere
else.
