After
moving
to
Vaughan
from
Markham,
we
decided
to
enroll
our
kids
with
Felix
again
at
the
Thornhill
location.
My
kids
have
been
with
Felix
in
Markham
for
the
past
six
years
(since
3
years
old)
and
really
enjoy
swimming.
This
is
an
activity
the
kids
plan
to
pursue
until
their
teenage
years.
Most
instructors
are
good
at
the
Yonge/407
location
from
what
I
can
tell
but
they're
really
chatty
with
each
other
and
sometimes
the
kids
appear
to
be
neglected.
One
of
the
supervisors
has
no
authority
and
spends
a
lot
of
time
on
her
phone,
which
apparently
is
for
work
(based
on
how
often
she
checks
her
phone,
she
looks
to
be
overwhelmed
with
a
lot
of
work).
There's
one
instructor
in
particular
my
kids
got
stuck
with
that
has
absolutely
no
interest
in
teaching
them.
For
the
first
five
classes
(and
some
more
later),
he
disappeared
for
about
a
third
of
the
class
in
the
beginning
of
every
lesson
without
fail
(not
sure
what
he
was
doing
but
he
just
disappeared),
was
constantly
talking/flirting
with
other
instructors
disrupting
other
classes,
and
ends
at
least
five
minutes
early.
When
the
instructor
disappears
and
wastes
time
for
about
half
the
class,
it's
tough
to
get
any
continuity,
and
the
kids
don't
learn
anything
because
all
they
do
is
laps
on
their
own
without
any
proper
guidance.
He's
very
disrespectful
as
he
knows
the
parents
are
there
watching
and
does
it
anyway.
I
guess
this
is
a
minor
point
that
gets
missed
by
the
supervisor
because
she's
always
looking
down
on
her
phone.
We
brought
the
issue
up
with
the
front
desk,
which
fell
on
deaf
ears
and
she
wasn't
very
helpful.
The
disappearing
instructor
was
much
better
during
our
make
up
classes
on
a
different
day;
likely
because
the
supervisor
on
duty
this
day
was
never
on
his
phone
and
actually
gave
tips
to
students
while
walking
around
the
pool.
He
even
covered
for
the
instructor
in
question
and
directly
taught
the
instructor's
students
while
he
disappeared
5
minutes
before
class
ended.
We
really
liked
the
Markham
location
but
like
all
multi-location
businesses,
I
guess
it
all
depends
on
the
location
and
how
much
the
staff
there
cares
about
teaching
their
kids.
I
am
not
sure
if
my
expectations
were
too
high
coming
from
a
location
where
every
single
person
in
the
pool
area
and
outside
the
pool
area
seemed
to
actually
care
about
teaching
their
kids.
A
disappointing
and
frustrating
experience
all
around
from
the
front
desk,
all
the
way
to
the
supervisor.
It's
a
one
and
done
for
us
here
at
the
Yonge/407
location
and
we're
going
to
ignore
this
place
like
the
plague.
We
were
so
annoyed
we
seriously
thought
about
just
walking
away
before
the
season
ended
to
avoid
getting
even
more
frustrated
with
this
place.
