😐 The paid parking system is a little bit confusing if its your first time there. You pick up the ticket when you enter and pay when you leave. Don't loose the entry parking ticket or you will be charged $24. People often mention hospital,

Held hostage by this parking lot. These hospital lots cost a fortune but unfortunately I do have to use them too often. The minimum that I expect in return is to be able to enter and exit fairly quickly and conveniently (vs street parking), especially when I'm running from one appointment to the next. I understand that machine errors happen, but at least have an emergency person available to let people out when the gates suddenly refuse to open (after you had already paid and even received a receipt). You cannot have paying customers held hostage for over 20 minutes because no one is available to answer their emergency line. Other than pressing the button on the machine, I also called Impark's customer service phone number, multiple times, but no one answered there either. When someone finally did answer, I couldn't even hear them because of all the noise coming from a machine room or smth nearby. I had to scream over the noise, more than once, hoping that someone is hearing any of it, to be finally let out. Needless to say, I didn't make it to my next appointment. Very frustrating experience.

Excellent facility. The staff is very professional, attentive, efficient, and respectful. I had a bad experience due to my health and the professionals there helped me through the whole process and made sure that I was alright. The place itself is neat, very clean, nice ambiance. The food choices are somewhat limited, and quite expensive too. Also, the Rexall in it does not have any drinks or a beauty section.

if you have the opportunity to visit this hospital you will not regret it. it is a. we hospital and the staff, doctors and nurses are the best. Super clean and friendly. I have had the benifit of seeing 3 separate specialists here. All the other hospitals could lean from this place. I will mention that they do not have emergency services, and perhaps that helps. simply a great place.

This is by far the best hospital experience I've ever had. No complaints. The care and professionalism here is amazing. The hospital is modern, spacious and well maintained. If you're trans, you'll find respect, care and competence in trans related medicine. It would be me my first choice of facility for any surgical procedures.

Excellent hospital! I see a few doctors and have used the Dr on call service a couple of times. Easy access to referrals, quick appointments for tests. My GP is one of the best drs I've ever met and I hope he stays for a long, long time. Additional services like the pain clinic, counselling, etc are important to the communities they serve.

I once got my head stitched up there, and they did a fabulous job. It was 3 AM, so they had very few other people waiting. This allowed them to do a detailed, and attentive job on my forehead. I barely have a scar there, which is fortunate, because it is at the very top centre of my forehead. Love those guys. Five stars.

Very clean and newly renovated hospital. Quite a comfortable lobby with a Rexall pharmacy, small cafeteria and seats. Also, the nurses were amazing!!! They all treated my friend with alot of care, patience and courtesy.
