I
have
been
coming
to
the
adult
Muay
Thai
classes
at
Valour
Martial
Arts
for
around
5
months
now.
Before
choosing
this
gym
I
looked
around
in
the
area,
did
my
research,
and
Valour
came
out
on
top.
I
was
skeptical
at
first
because
it
is
always
difficult
to
trust
a
flawless
rating
of
5
stars
but
Valour
really
earned
that
title.
Before
even
coming
to
the
gym
physically,
I
contacted
them
through
email
asking
about
programs,
prices,
recommendations
for
beginners
such
as
myself,
etc.
Coach
Pete
replied
and
answered
all
my
questions
and
mentioned
that
a
"free
trial
week"
is
offered
so
I
thought
I'll
make
the
best
of
it
and
start
as
soon
as
I
can.
When
I
entered
the
gym,
one
thing
that
stood
out
to
me
was
that
unlike
other
martial
arts
gyms
that
I
had
been
to,
this
one
was
very
organized
and
neat.
Everything
has
its
own
place,
every
equipment
is
wiped
down
after
use,
and
the
place
is
overall
very
well
maintained.
When
you
enter,
there
is
a
reception
area,
a
sitting
area,
and
a
ring
for
sparring.
After
a
small
walk,
you
enter
on
to
the
mat
area
and
two
big
shelves
full
of
pads,
mits,
and
gloves.
And
at
the
absolute
end,
the
heavy
bags
and
workout
equipment
as
well
as
the
bathrooms
and
change
rooms.
Pete
is
an
amazing
coach,
it
is
clear
he
is
experienced
and
has
extensive
knowledge
and
skill
on
martial
arts.
He
made
me
feel
very
welcome
as
a
beginner
and
was
very
patient
with
me.
I've
had
a
lot
of
improvement
in
my
time
here
thanks
to
him.
I
realized
there
arent
too
many
pictures
of
the
new
location
so
I
shared
a
few
of
the
ones
I
had.
Thanks
to
Pete
and
to
the
Valour
team!
