Crosley’s
A
neighbourhood
restaurant
“rooted
in
nostalgia
and
familiarity”.
Crosley’s
menus
feature
ingredients
that
are
sustainably
sourced
in
Canada.
Dishes
my
friend
and
I
ordered
included:
an
albacore
tonnato,
carrots
with
bagel
spice,
sweet
bread,
and
Roman
gnocchi.
While
we
liked
everything
we
tasted,
I’d
have
to
say
that
the
Tuna
and
the
carrots
🥕
🥕
were
my
fav.
The
albacore
was
done
sooo
well,
the
fish
was
almost
creamy,
you
can
easily
slice
it
through
with
a
fork.
The
fromage
frais
was
seasoned
perfectly,
it
was
velvety
and
delicious,
adding
another
layer
of
rich
flavours
in
my
mouth.
I
was
glad
that
the
caper
berries
helped
cut
the
fattiness
of
this
dish.
As
for
the
carrots…like
have
you
ever
had
veggies
with
bagel
spice
on
it
🧐?
(Not
me).
The
“everything
bagel”
spice
certainly
added
contrasting
textures
and
flavours
to
the
sweet
carrots.
👏🏼👏🏼
