We were serviced by Derek Prior who was more than excellent. I won’t bore you with the details but this procedure took a few days as there were system problems. Derek was extremely patient and helpful and would never hesitate to go back to him. As we moved my husbands phone number from Virgin to Bell successfully Derek also caught an error on my Bell account. When my phone was set up at another store I was put on a plan that did not give me my employee discount. He caught it, fixed it and I now am saving money monthly. Excellent customer service.

I Visited Bell store on Jan 28 2023, Rich solved my issue in 30 minutes as I was struggling to get my SIM cards from Bell which I booked online 2 weeks ago. I was keep calling Bell everyday to solve my issue and it's nightmare calling over phone to Bell customer care. This Bell store guys are awesome and I recommend to visit them. I'd like to start this off by stating I may very well have the worst track record when it comes to luck with Bell. But Derek today seriously reinforced why I choose Bell over all other service providers. He was not only highly knowledgeable, but quick and accurate with responses to all questions I had posed. I have spoken with well over 100 Bell employees over my years with the telecommunications giant, and I can honestly say, I hope he becomes a Bell ambassador. That, or an individual working within training new service agents, because he set a bar that is physically unreachable by others without half the dedication he puts in. Seriously, Use this comment to do a review and witness the performance this employee gives to every single one of his customers, regardless of how they treat him. From one manager to the next, He deserves acknowledgement and so much more. Performance based alone, I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

Rick was a great help! He helped me figure out which phone to upgrade to, with a great plan. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend asking for Rick if you visit the Bell store at the Pen Centre.

I visited this Bell location on April 17th 2023. The sales consultant Stacey Noonan provided me exceptional service. She went above and beyond helping me with my purchase of new cell phone. She showed great patience with my indecisiveness in choosing a phone. She even provided me service after she had finished for the day. Whenever we have business to do with Bell, we always go the Pen Centre Bell Store. It is the only local corporate store , not a franchise ... we were lucky to get Mitch the last couple of times we were there, so very helpful . We have had only great service here , very satisfied with our new phones, internet & TV services.

Decided to switch my line from virgin to bell. Left the store and was told I would have service within an hour or so, I never got service and was told I would have to come back to the store and start the process over to fix. The problem was resolved but it was a waist of my time having to make two trips.

We had the pleasure of being served by Richard,(Ricky). My husband and I updated to the 15 pro and he was informative, funny, efficient and really helpful. We must have tried his patience because we both are useless when it comes to tech but he did not show it and we left with our dignity intact. Thanks Richard it was a great experience!

Mitch was awesome and SO helpful. I really appreciate the time he spent with us as we updated our familie's phones. Another pleasant experience with Derek - he has consistently been knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and adds a personal touch to each transaction. It does not seem like just another day at work when working with Derek; he brings genuine care to the service he is providing. I was very pleased to end up getting him as my representative and got to know another representative, Ally, who was also helpful, interesting, and a great team member.

When I first arrived, I was told it might be a hour wait but got help from Emily 3 minutes later. Emily was extremely, kind, knowledgeable and helpful to me and my mom. The experience at the Pen Bell was exceptional! I walked in with my Apple 5C (and a boat load of phone challenges) and Dereck (I believe) took the time (2 hours!!) and effort to migrate all of my wants to the new phone. Sales Consultant Derek Prior was extremely helpful in trying to help me navigate into a new phone iPhone 12Max Pro. Purchase the phone through another big store chain that in the end could not transfer all of my data through onto the new phone. Which was extremely frustrating as their (the supervisors excuse was we do not have access to tech support to help with the lack of skills to transfer my data over. Note...they have a GEEK Squad and hint I purchase extra warranty for the phone and tech support. So basically they were washing their hands from providing any extra service to me once they got my money. I intern said, please give me my phone, I will go to a Bell Centre for extra help. Had another great experience at this location! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We were greeted right away by a super sweet employee, I think her name was Jamie? We had Mitch help us and he was so nice, funny, and knowledgeable. Very experienced and also explained everything well (broke down all our options and wasn’t pushy or judgemental). We were done faster than expected.

Jonathan was a great sales representative, he answers all my questions and me my girlfriend and dad ended up buying phones for the three of us thanks to his recommendations. We also got internet and TV services and we are really happy with the outcome and everything he helped us with. Amazingly patient and attentive.

I went into the bell in the pen centre to get help transferring and upgrading my phone. I was informed of the best options and actions to take with regards to upgrading. I had a specific issue with my plan and upgrade that could've ended with a $400 charge but I was guided and directed by the staff and I was able to avoid being charged an unnecessary amount and got my upgrade.

Excellent customer service. My phone was having issues, I brought it in for service and the Rep helped me out so much. Got me a loaner, made sure I was good until my phone was fixed. 5 stars

Jonathan was the most helpful and patient person yesterday at Bell. Went there to add a line to my existing plan, and ended up coming home with 2 new phones. He was able to get the best plans for us with huge savings, and he explained everything in detail.
