Great little spot for coffee downtown. The Americano I ordered was good, hot and strong with no bitterness. Also, had a butter croissant. Very fresh, fluffy and buttery for a Saturday morning. They have a lovely seating area upstairs. As a bonus, it looks like they monthly coffee tasting. I will definitely be back.

I tried Flat white coffee and the milk foam was perfect. I have also enjoyed espresso from Dispatch and it was strong and full of flavour. I tasted like perfect espresso from Italy, only difference was it did not come with tiny glass of sparkling water on the side. The Italians often do that. Nice and cosy coffeeshop in downtown Toronto.

I wasn’t satisfied with their matcha latte. It was very bland with a minimal hint of matcha, and it was clumpy. However, I did like their espresso tonic. The cafe has unique additional seating upstairs, and the staffs are quite friendly. They also sell wines by the bottle! If you scan the QR code, you can get a free coffee of your choice! I got the espresso tonic!

A great coffee shop to do work or study in the core. There is a great selection of beverages to choose from and lots of seating. The baristas are very friendly and recommended me to try the chai latte. Will be back!

Found this café this morning to get a flat white and do some work on my laptop. Great amount of seating upstairs and located pretty conveniently in the downtown core. I came on a Saturday morning pretty close to when they opened, and there was only one other customer upstairs. The flat white had some nice art and had a silky smooth texture which was great. I prefer my flat white on the stronger side/ more espresso-forward. Maybe next time I’ll ask for an extra shot of espresso. Would definitely come back. I think this is a great place for some reading/ getting some work done/ meeting with friends over a snack.

This cafe is a gem in the heart of downtown! Clean, open, cozy, and a great space to chat or get some studying/work done. They have outlets at each table. Big glass windows and 2 clean washrooms downstairs. The barista Karen is super friendly too!! I will definitely be coming back in the future 😊

Decided to visit since so close by to me. Did not regret it at all. Service was warm and pleasant. The barista Karen was so sweet and funny 😊. I ordered a latte and - no joke - one of the best lattes I’ve ever had the pleasure of sipping on. It was nutty, sweet - honey undertones, perfect amount of foam to milk to espresso… and the art is nice too. I haven’t been buying much coffee from cafes but 100% worth it here and will come back Edit (22/09/15): Came back as promised. Tried the “for here” experience. After a few weeks of drinking my humble home brew coffee I had another one of the mind expanding lattes here… can’t be beat and with taste well beyond its price point. I didn’t realize there was an upstairs lounge area with free wifi. It’s clean and neat, with outlets and great warm lighting. Studying at cafés was a pre-pandemic artifact for me but I’m enticed to have found a place where I can do this again 😁

Went there to check out the coffee. Coffee shop is cute, seating is on second level with tables and couches. Has 11 types of ground available for purchase. I tried the Guatemala espresso ground today, on the bitter end with citrus/nectarine notes. Strong espresso. Has pastries and cookie treats. Cortado was $4.90 total. Good spot to check out downtown. Unsure if it would be my go to spot.

Coucou Dispatch coffee! I didn’t know when Dispatch coffee opened a new location in Toronto. It was exciting for me when I knew that! I brought own cup for to go, and I had a latte with Decaf. The espresso is sweeter and mild. I loved Dispatch coffee in Montreal are well. Personally I preferred decaf than caffeine at this time. I felt regular latte was more fruity.

The place has the review long coming. I almost visit this cafe weekly with my colleague. The coffee is amazing! I’ve tried their fresh brew, mocha, matcha latte. Always good! The baristas are warm and friendly. Must-try!!

I do appreciate places like these. Designed for remote work and meetups. Right in financial district. Has a mezannine up top with an abundance of comfy seating. I can't give it a full 5 though. Nice to drop by Dispatch on my way to work. It has a serene and calming affect which is a lovely break from the noise of downtown. Great friendly service as well. I had a flat white which had great texture and perfect temperature. I think the finish could have been a little better, not sure if it was the roast or the ratio which was a bit off (to my liking anyway).

Before I went to the nearby restaurant to have lunch with my client, it was raining so heavily and I need to stay at the lobby and spotted this coffee shop. The Cortado was nicely presented with excellent taste. So I asked the barista for any recommendation. She was patiently listening to my preferred taste and recommended one bag to me. I would say the service and coffee are very nice. Although the weather was bad, my luck and destiny led me to this nice coffee shop! Bravo!

Hands down the best coffee shop in the city. Everyone is super nice. It's a huge space nested in the financial district. Perfect spot to relax or do some work. The coffee is 11/10 and they rotate the beans everyday.

Bright and uplifting cafe attached to the building. Access on Richmond street. Excellent match latte! Comfortable sitting and free wifi.

Really good flat white. But what I loved the most was the upstairs seating area. Great ambience.

Great coffee you add your own extras like milk, oat milk or honey and simple syrup that has an actual date shown. Service is fast and friendly. Will have to stop by again to try other drinks.

LOVE love Dispatch Coffee where we’ve had their coffee, I’ve tried their bottled juices (from a trusted source), and I’ve spent a few hours upstairs in the wonderful area and had their Japanese tea as well. Perfect spot in the city for delicious high-end coffee and superbly nice staff!! THANK YOU for being there for us.

Modern, slick yet cute coffee place in the core of downtown. Had their butter croissant (superb), their cappuccino (superb) and their hibiscus ice tea (superb too!). Quick service with some seating on the ground floor and more seating upstairs. Would definitely go there again, thanks!

Excellent Coffee, Great Service. I originally received a subscription to Dispatch, receiving two bags a month, from my daughter for my birthday. Over the twelve months, I've had a non-stop flow of delicious beans, spanning a wide range of producing countries. I have enjoyed it so much, that I've taken over the subscription myself. Any problems I've had were taken care of quickly and professionally. You can buy cheaper beans at the grocery store, but not nearly as flavourful as these have been.

Went to Dispatch for the free coffee and cookie, and would come back again for the cool vibes and the hidden upstairs space.

I went this morning to get coffee and catch up with a friend. I ordered a mocha, which was excellent. The flavours of the chocolate sauce used are more complex and lean towards being fruity and semi-sweet. This resulted in a less richer mocha with fruity notes which was incredible. The atmosphere of this coffee shop is great with seating and tables located upstairs. Would highly recommend the mocha to anyone wanting to try something slightly different!

The atmosphere at Dispatch Café in Toronto is bright, welcoming and designed to perk anyone up, which I guess is a must, especially first thing in the morning. I had their breakfast bap and a small Americano which was served to me quickly by friendly members of the Dispatch Café team. I found it very relaxing here and the prices are fair too. Dispatch Café is definitely one of my favourite cafés in Toronto!

Excited to see a specialty coffee shop popping up in downtown core. Amazing specialty coffee, well crafted by their barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the decaf beans I tried. Would definitely go back and try other beans they serve.

I recently had a latte here and I'm not sure if I've ever had a better latte before. It was absolutely delicious. Great minimalist look inside and I was also able to buy some home coffee gear I was running low on. If there's any way for the latte to be warmer without compromising taste, please let me know because that would have allowed me to sip it slower and enjoy the drink for longer. I'm looking forward to buying their beans to take home next time.

Too early to close, really hard for the people enjoy a cup of coffee after work, unless you are so close to the shop. Hopefully, there is a change on the business hour in the future. ** Update : Very great to hear a DM from the coffee shop owner, and she mention that the store hour will be ramping up in spring season, I am feeling great that the coffee shop owner really care about every single comment from their customer ..... respect. 👍👍👍 **

I am a long time subscriber of their monthly delivery plan so I was quite excited to see them open a physical store in Toronto. Service was excellent and the coffee delicious, but that's no surprise. I salute their courage in committing to opening a store on Bay Street during these challenging but I sure hope it pays off in the long term.

Great coffee shop located nicely in the core of the city! I've tried the mocha and latte here, both are very delicious and well made.

Dropped by this morning for the first time in search of an Americano, will definitely be back. Barista behind the counter was so nice and they have a great selection of baked treats and gear to brew amazing coffee at home. Skip Starbucks and check them out.

Great staff but everything is overpriced ($4 for a cookie???). Matcha latte has very little flavor, the hot chocolate is also flavorless and weird due to the frothed milk, only the chai tea latte is something I would drink (maybe a bit too much sugar/syrup added though). Don't drink coffee so I can't say anything about the many options they have. Nice space with upstairs seating, wall of glass windows, and washrooms.

I had gone to dispatch years ago in St Laurent, and loved the coffee and environment. Glad to see your first shop in Toronto! Solid coffee and great selection of home barista gear.

Kudos on bringing a bit of that curated St Laurent, Saint Zotique vibe to Bay Street! A welcome addition. Knowledgeable staff and quality coffee as always.
