I kept seeing Clinica show up on my Instagram feed, and any time I googled a new facial spa in my area. I have had many hydrafacials in the past, and saw their promotion for 50% off the service. I received the Platinum Hydrafacial, which retails at $329, but at 50% off it was $164. The Platinum Hydrafacial includes the hydrafacial treatment, a "lymphatic" drainage massage, red light therapy, and a serum booster. I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I was incredibly disappointed by the treatment I received. The space was stunning, and quite aesthetically pleasing - definitely felt like I was in a calming spa environment. However, the space where the hydrafacial was conducted was done, was the complete opposite. There were bright overhead fluorescent (can't confirm if they were in fact fluorescent, but felt like it) that were not dimmed, or turned off for the treatment. The aesthetician started off by putting a Skinceuticals mask on my face, which seemed like the bare minimum one could apply (some photos attached). I was told what the products were, but not how they benefited my skin. I use quotes when I say lymphatic because it was barely a suction on my face. The treatment started at 6:30 and ended at 7:45, and I'd say for about half of the time, I was laying in the bright room alone. I went to Clinica hoping to get a relaxing/calm experience, and that is not what I received. To me, if you are marketing something as Platinum and/or having a higher price point than most places, the experience the customer gets should match.

My experience with The Clinica was overall disappointing. I booked a HydraGlow facial with the 50% off promo. The treatment lasted at most 35-40 minutes (plus a 5min skin consultation to begin). The technician cleansed my skin, put a mask for 10 mins and then treated my skin with the machine and followed up with moisturizer and sunscreen. There was no enjoyable “facial” experience and I feel my skin looks no different than before. I am honestly shocked that people pay $300 for this treatment. Luckily I paid the promo price but still feel sick that I paid that much for the quality of the service I received. I won’t be returning.

First time visit, had high hope due to social media hype, but Overall experience with the hydra glow, it’s a at most 30 mins skin treatment session. it is a very basic/minimal facial cleaning you get. ( with promo $149, original $299), I don’t feel pampered at the end, but they do communicate with you other services you could potentially do, Which that was my intention to have a trail first on their fundamental service and move up to more advanced treatment. But now I wouldn’t if the basic facial service that offers is not up to my standard. I personally don’t think “hydra glow” is EQUIVALENT (I was told so) to hydra facial treatment at $299. The technician give mask after cleanse, then extract, serume mix with water to clean at the same time while extract , last apply moisture/sunscreen to end the session. I would just go for their “hydra quench” If you want a simple clean and hydration at this location. They use basic grade machine , not the professional hydra facial treatment machine that has multiple tubes attached . it’s def not a MD hydra facial treatment a sap offers with the pricing point. Or the business model is more focus on medical injections.

I’ve been here 3 times now for Botox and Dysport injections. It’s an easy to access space right above the subway, and the waiting area is so beautiful. The interior design makes you feel so relaxed the moment you walk in. I haven’t had any facials or treatments yet but I’m very tempted to book in the future given my positive experience so far.

My friend recommended me to do BeautyBooster here. After the consultation , I added LED light therapy treatment after the Beautybooster ( they said it would help heal the wound). I was nervous at the beginning because I was told this treatment is kinda of painful. But……when I see my skin after 1 week of the procedure , I would definitely say “worth it!” My skin is so…….glowing and brightening now! I would definitely say Yes to my next treatment!

Have been using The Clinica services for 3 years, and it never disappointed me. Always feeling refreshed after the treatment. Personally highly recommend the Power Peel and the Skin Glow treatment. I have had these two treatments more than five times, and my skin is showing 100% improvement after each time! Really friendly staff and good service as well :) Highly recommend this place.

The Clinica is always my go-to place for facial treatments. I have been visited it three times, and I like how my results turn out. Jennifer always take a good care for my face, and she is so nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I rate this place five stars because it is clean and has the best service that I am looking for. Booked a SkinClear treatment and on my first session I can already see and feel the difference on my face. The texture of my skin got better. The staff are very friendly and i love that they will help you and suggest what your skin needs in order to achieve that healthy glowing skin especially Linda! definitely recommend and will be regular here!

Dear visitors, please take note of the following information before scheduling a consultation. It appears that there has been a slight discrepancy regarding parking reimbursements at this particular establishment. While their website video suggests that parking for the first consultation would be covered, it seems that there are some conditions associated with this offer. During my visit, I encountered an interesting situation with either the Chinese owner or the Chinese manager. They presented me with two options: Option A - pay the package fee of $599+tax to have the parking reimbursed, or Option B - spend a minimum of $189+tax to qualify for reimbursement. When I mentioned the video, the individual dismissed my concerns and explained that offering free parking to every customer would result in a loss for the business. I must admit, their reasoning is quite logical. It seems that by not reimbursing my parking expenses this time, I actually saved a significant amount of money. I consider myself fortunate in this regard. 😊

I came to The Clinica a few months ago for my Ultherapy and PRP treatments. I would like to say all the staffs here are professional,patient,and friendly. They explained every details of the treatments,like how the technologies work on my skin, the pre- and after- instructions , and the pain levels during the procedure, and so on. After 2 months of my treatments, I can definitely see the results !My skin is getting glowing and more tightening ！I will definitely recommend this place !

I went not so long ago to treat my acne scars.The place is clean and modern, and the nurses explained the procedure in detail. They got some extra numbing on me so that the procedure didn't hurt. Recovery took about a week. Overall a good experience.

One of the best places for professional grade services, normally I do hydraglow which was already great, now they have the hydrafacial with is basically the hydraglow with added serum. Amazing.

The staff and service is amazing. I live downtown but make the commute because I love the service and treatments. I always have felt insecure with my scars and skin but staff makes me feel extremely comfortable. They make recommendations based on my skincare needs and what I want to achieve and don’t try and sell me on things I don’t need. Looking forward to the opening of their midtown location!

I purchased skin glow, chemical peel and hydra-facial treatments during promotions and have been coming here regularly. They have a nice environment, welcoming staff and professional services and my skin condition has been much better. Will definitely try other treatments here in the future.

She never rushes me into buying any treatment like any others, but she always makes sure that I get the most suitable and the most effective treatments possible. It's been 4 months since I've been going to CLINICA, and I'm enjoying my experience so far! I went in to get my acne scarring reduced. So far I've gotten a few sessions of thr Power Peel and cutrently on the Skin Clear treatment. There have been improvements, and it has been noticed by friends and family. I highly recommend The Clinica.I came to the Clinica several months ago for a free consultation with few skin concerns. The technician recommended me type of procedures and approxinate number of procesures to succesfully address my concerns. I am very happy with the results I am getting after the recommended procedures. My skin has significantly improved after starting the procedures (Picosure and PRP). My technician Jean Han is very knowledgeable, always explains every step of the procedure and patiently answers all of my questions. Generally speaking, all of the staff I have dealt with is very nice, professional and service I get is consistently good.

The worst Laser ever, I did a consultation via instagram and get the price for the laser for back acne and spots. When I arrived and started consulting with the therapist. it became the way more price about $400 from the previous conversation. after discussion, they gave me the price that they told me before and I think they changed the type of the laser for me. during the laser session it was painful and burn. However I did laser before at least the spots should getting better in 2-3 weeks. This time with this clinic my skin get burn and the spot become a scar and my acne on my back getting worse than before. So I am so disappointed with the service form this clinic.

The Clinica provides medical grade services that work in a short amount of time. As a South Asian WOC, their lasers have been safe on my skin. I've worked with both Cynthia and Jean who are both so wonderful! Everyone at The Clinica are so kind and accommodating.

Walked in randomly on a weekday and got a HydraQuench appointment on the spot. It's a basic no-frills hydration treatment for $189 meant to boost hydration temporarily. It was fine but I think I'd just do the Hydrafacial next time with more features. Nice vibe and decor. Very quiet. They must do more injections or Botox-related.

I tried Botox at the clinic in October with a promotional price, and it has already worn off. Botox usually lasts 6-8 months for me, but it was only effective for less than 3 months. It is just my assumption, but they might have used a more diluted form of Botox. I WON'T GO BACK.
