The store runs by an owner and his family. They have no clue what they’re doing and will not hesitate to harass you front of the other customers. Placed an order of custom designed ring, after three attempts and ended up chipping the stone I provided to them. The owner of the store refused to take the responsibility of the stone, owner’s son ended up into argument and literally started swearing front of the other customers.

I wish there was an option for no star i would have selected that and here is the reason why.. as I called before coming in the shop and never got any terms and conditions that pets are not allowed. When i reach there and after they tell me to leave my pet outside when i was taking for responsibility that i will not put her down of my lap at all.. I don’t understand why people do not consider pets as a living being and do nit appreciate their presence when owner of the pet is taking whole responsibility and when i want to get my pet’s chain fixed. I strongly depreciate this kind of business, and customer service . We see on social media a lot these days that pets are left alone in the cars and were harmed either due to suffocation or someone steal them… do the such people take responsibility for such crimes taking place or something happens to pets? …. I had to drive 23 minutes to get such customer service … people need to widen their mind for pets and consider them as they are also living beings♥️ i am adding Picture of my pet as well so that people can see how big was the pet which they did not let me come in with..

Liar, penny pincher people I ever met. These people are too toxic with zero experience in business. Don’t know the quality of diamond, selling the products without authenticity. I bought diamond from them, I asked them for proof of quality, type of diamond but they refused by saying that they need to order from the lab. I felt something wrong then decided to show the diamond to other store for truth. Other jeweller check the diamond, and I was right, the diamond was of cheap quality. It was not even the half of price that I paid to them. I went back to them and asked the quality, size and type of questions. They said even they don’t know the anything about diamonds. I was surprised how someone can sell things without knowing what they are selling. Please never ever go to their store alone without having knowledge. My brother came with me second time and then they sort out the matter otherwise they were not even listening to me at all. Never ever go alone to this store. They insisted me to delete my review and then they will gave me my order back.

Real name of store is FRAUD MASTER JEWELLERS. All the reviews of 5 star are fake and brought with money. Read 1 star reviews fr truth. I visited the store and regret it. Don’t visit their store otherwise u will also regret your time and money. Worst customer service ever. have no manners how to treat customers. Cant expect anything as the owner and their son are the most disrespectful person in the store itself. No value for your time for delivery as promised and money you paid. I had ordered coins for marriage gift and receiving it after the occasion.

They present stuff higher price, then if you got good bargaining skills they’ll reduce so you buy it.. no reliability over price.. nothing transparent. They don’t have enough staff either give time to customers nicely, they treat you according to the purchase you going to make.

Poor Customer Service. Don’t help customers. Will not bring my service here again. Took my ring to make adjustments and they melted it and kept some of the gold. Also Bought a chain and didn’t feel happy with my purchase. They make you feel comfortable and then disappoint you.

This jewellery store is run by super rude and arrogant people who are condescending and literally laughed in my face. I bought this 30gm chain from them on Mother's Day. I thought they were the nicest people after watching their video on social media. They influence the public by doing promotions for youth (public figures). The prices of the products are extremely high. Please save your money before going to them, and please also look around (I believe that was my biggest mistake of my life).

Loud and clear! the whole family standing behind the counters have masters in fraudulent. Don't even go there in your dreams. They will charge you way more the actual gold price with no returns. If you ask to return even after the second minute you buy, they will tell you the actual price and you will be in loss of hundreds of dollers. And one more thing dont believe on five star reviews they are all done by their family and relatives. There is no option to give zero star because they dont even deserve one. Very unprofessional. I think kids could do better service. Bought online and realized after that I was so stupid to buy that far. Exchanged the gold and was charged again for making. Even it came damaged. I wish to give not even one star because all my excitement went garbage.

We came here for the first time. Bought silver jewellery. Owner said that no bill is required for silver jewelry. Still I insisted and finally he gave the bill. They even said they don't accept credit card as they have to pay some charge, after requesting them again they took the credit card. They insisted for everyone mobile to put good reviews but I edited my review to give genuine feedback. If your service is good, one will be compelled to leave good reviews on their own.

Worst experience! This store is run by Unprofessional and pathetic staff. I and my husband visited thrice. Firstly, they are not ready to show or tell weight, secondly, they fooled you by telling wrong size. I had worst experience with them. They don’t know how to talk with costumers. They have whole family standing there and everyone is so rude. My husband bought a bangel from them on my birthday and I wear that bangel only for 15 days and it melts to other shape then I went to them they talked very rude like you have to take care of thing you wore. Then they made another bangel with extra money which have same issue that is melting then I went to them again that I want to return this and they said you have to leave 400$ for labour and I will return your money. I went to another shop and they said I can give you same bangel in 1800$ and they gave me for 2360$. I wasted my money and Time on them.
