😠 took 4 hours to setup a new phone... the sales associate needs more training. he also kept walking away with my old phone unlocked which was full of personal data.     Why are phone stores set up like your buying a vehicle? First off the wait time during boxing week was 1hour before speaking to staff. If that's not bad enough you got clowns budding in line. I really dont understand why it takes so long to get a cell phone??? The only reason why i was in a phone store cause i was told by telus i had to come in. In the futre ill order on line, do everything over the phone

    My husband signed up for a new phone plan after receiving much difficulty from the other carriers, and was very pleased with his experience here. He was helped by Adam, who was absolutely amazing - super helpful, funny, and quick. Def recommend this location

    One name… Nick! Now I have to write more for the review to register so here I go! I got my new phone mailed to me and tried to set it up. Couldn’t get it out of one phase of the set up and was left without a phone for the day. I called Telus Trinity to see if I could make an appt and got #1 Nick on the line. He said don’t worry just come in and he would help me. Well he did more than that. The process was long but he knew what to do and made it work. The whole team there on this day was 10/10. Polite, professional and personable. Was able to do what needed to get done and make me very comfortable while we did it. He made sure everything was up and running and that I was satisfied and comfortable with everything before I left. Hands down best service ever! Kudos to Nick and the team that was there today. I will definitely be back!

    I recently had the pleasure of getting a phone plan from Telus with Karan as my sales associate, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Karan's patience and extensive knowledge made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His commitment to providing top-notch customer service was evident from start to finish. I highly recommend Karan and Telus for their outstanding service and expertise in the telecom industry.

    When I got to the door it was locked despite them being open. Another person was there waiting to get in. A rep came to the door to open it for me to get in. It had a buzzing system. Apparently we need ID to get into this location. Luckily I had mine with me. I had called ahead to ask if what I needed was in stock. I was told that it was. I was there within less than 5 minutes because I was already in the plaza. As soon as I got in, both employees were occupied with one customer each. One of them let me in so they know I was there and it's a small store. They were both caught up in small talk with their respective customer while I'm just standing there for at least 10 minutes and ALL I NEED IS A CHARGER. The other two people both involved in get phone plans or whatever long winded process was happening with each rep and their customer. I was beyond patient. I work in customer service as well and where I work some level of multi-tasking is required. I only needed a charger. Nothing else. I walked out of this store. Stop the small talk with those customers and just do your job. This includes providing people with simple customer service. I just wanted to buy a charger (like I said on the phone) and leave. The reps are not professional.

    Hello Everyone, Big Cell phone Companies are a type of Monopoly. When your 2 year contract expires with them it seems that they want you to go way from them and get services from their competition. Competition always provide better deals for new lines. This is part of their business ethics and have support of the legal system. However, a small time user will have to go through the constant upgrading, research and will have to find out a better deal in this situation. I have visited this outlet last week to renew my contract. You will be surprised to hear what I will have to pay for my next two year contract. An increase of $80 for two lines! This is really bad situation, during this time of inflation and poor performing economy. I was driven by them to go to their own completions. It is a blessing in disguise. Hope

    I inquired about roaming charges if l go to the US , the telus representative said its done automatically and you will be charged $15 per day . Well that's no the case while in Detroit l got several messages from Telus being charged roaming fees 1st $50 then $100 after my data was blocked! I had to call Telus to straighten everything out , the roaming is on the Telus website ,thanks to Owen hwafantastic

    I went into this location looking for a new phone, I was originally with Koodo and decided to switch to Telus. The staff at this location is very caring, attentive and helpful. I was helped by Karan.B he helped me with all of my concerns, answered my questions and helped me find the best plan for me which made me feel as a valued customer. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know, If you get the chance look for Karan he is an amazing employee.

    Worst experience I had today, to enter demanded physical id, I mean for what they dont believe in physical appearance or humans anymore. See how terrible the staff or the company moto is, have taken new connection from the same store 5 days ago, I said I am your customer, they dont care, said in response bramalea store donot need id. I went to take service, in return they didnot allow me to enter. They have earned so much money that they dont need customers anymore. When I went for new connection, I asked to guide me take the service online, but the employee said still you have to visit the store and online service takes days.

    Poor customer service from Telus. It’s been almost 6 months now and my devices that were supposed to be delivered have not been delivered yet. Their agent is not reachable and emails are of no use. Better go for Fido or Rogers

    Thank you to Junior for having the patience to deal with my lack of tech savvy of having a phone of older version of a Samsung. I walked of here today with my brand new Motorola G Power. Junior took the time to transfer over all of my information, even when there was a challenge he asked his co-workers for help and I love how he is very easy to speak with and he is a wonderful employee.     The 5 Stars is for my guy Junior. I came in to get a phone plan from my pay as you go. Junior was extremely helpful with all my questions and had answered all my questions. During our process transferring my old number, Junior spent like almost 5.5-6 hours going back and forth with Telus’s support line and Koodo (my old provider) making sure I kept the same number. Stayed past closing hours just to make sure I got what I wanted. Junior honestly is a respectful and professional guy. He’ll get you taken cared of for sure!

    Was speaking with TELUS, very rude person. I asked that they adjust my bill to balance out or change my plan so I don’t have to pay the 1.5% credit card charge or lose a customer as it’s not fair. Buddy told me to leave, wow.
