The lady, Erica, who works at the post office is super knowledgeable and friendly. I went there to send some parcels to England. She went out of her way trying to find different solutions to help me save money. Every time I go to that office, I secretly hope that she works there that day. hope everyone who works in the service industry is like her. Great experience every time.

I did not expect to see a Canada Post get a 4* rating. But in my brief interaction dropping off a package with the nice lady at the cashier, I got a smile and a cheerful greeting. I can imagine she would be helpful if I needed something more!

The Canada post employee here is so Rude! I went and asked can you ship this to Bell please. Bell customer service gave me code and told me all I have to do is put it in a box and give it to Canada post and they will ship it no fee. I told her this and she looked at me like I am crazy. She told me you need to print a label yourself I am not printing one or ask bell to print you one. Treated me like I am begging her for money or something. Worst service I had! Before me their was a old person asking her can you track my shipment I sent from here and she didn't even bother looking at him, just told him off. Granted he didn't have a tracking number but so rude.

Erica at this location is spectacular! Her service is above and beyond and had great expertise on shipping products! She’s helped me with so many requests and business needs. Always willing to help with a smile!

Like everyone else mentioned, Erica is a godsend. She fixed a problem for me in five minutes that someone else at a different location couldn’t figure out (or willfully just wouldn’t) for an hour. She deserves the world!! It’s not even just good customer service, she seems like a genuinely good person :) thank you for being AMAZING Erica!

I've been in this post office several times but yesterday that was Sunday I arrived at 16:5 which post office was closed but Erica was still there. She not only did accept my package but also behaved very calm and nice. She is really amazing and I'm happy to have this nice lady in our post office. Thank you Erica😊

The lady working here is a machine. There was a line up of 10 people during this covid time and she was paying attention to social distancing while working. I thought it wasnt gonna be busy going in at 6:30pm but she was fast and not to mention very polite.

I had large quantity of items to buy twice. The service was amicable, speedy and professional. I will definitely be doing more business there in the near future when I am back in Richmond Hill.

My boyfriend has had packages brought to this location for pick up when we haven't been home to receive them(the packages that weren't able to be delivered to our post box at another Shoppers Drug Mart location). The service he receives here has always been friendly and efficient. We have had a post office box at a different location for just over a year and, due to a handful of times not having a notice card put into our post box alerting us that a package is waiting for pick up, (including 3 times in the last few weeks!) we have actually had to inform the employees there that we knew we had packages waiting for us for pick up ( tracking info confirmed). We have been disagreed with, and also not apologized to, when they discovered they were in the wrong. So, we have now opened up a new post box at this MAJOR MACKENZIE PO in Shoppers Drug Mart. Being that we recently renewed our post box at the 'old' location , we decided that we would 'eat the loss' and that it was more important to us to deal with a Shoppers Drug Mart PO location that we could trust. We are very happy to deal with employees here that are friendly and efficient and don't make you feel uncomfortable that you have mail to pick up from them! And I sure didn't want to give up ordering my books and DVDs from Amazon or my chocolate from Purdy's! So, based on our experiences here, we can highly recommend this Shoppers Drug Mart Major Mackenzie PO location. UPDATE: September 23, 2022 I just wanted to add that the manager here is amazing! My boyfriend had told her when he opened his mailbox here about the bad experiences he'd had at our old postbox location and, since then, she has remembered his name, and, when he has a package to pick up, she will get it for him (if she isn't serving another customer) before he even reaches her counter! And the other female employee who works here is equally as nice, making dealing with this postal outlet a very pleasant experience. Canada Post is very fortunate to have such great employees working for (and representing) them.
