Do not visit this garage they are careless and rude. I went in for an oil change and got them to change my wipers and somehow they have managed to crack the windshield. Never had any cracks in my windshield. I take my car home and within hours this crack had made it’s way up from behind the wipers to about 6 inches up the dash, by the next day it was about a foot and half across my dash. I talk to the service manager and he is inconsiderate and tells me it’s impossible for it to be his guys and that I must have done something. Yeah must be a total coincidence that it happens the day you guys are working on it in the exact area you guys are working on. I mean the impact is clearly seen right under the wiper. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR CAR. THEY CANT EVEN CHANGE YOUR WIPERS WITHOUT SHATTERED YOUR WINDSHIELD

This store surprised me so pleasantly. I really enjoyed going into this Canadian Tire store. First of all it's huge and has a variety of items and secondly, it's so clean. The people were so friendly and welcoming. I didn't think I would ever be writing a review about an experience in a department store, but then there's always a first. I honestly couldn't beleive how big and clean the store is. I will definitely be visiting again.

The staff there are quite helpful. I was visiting today to pick up a bunch of stuff. First stop, Cedric walked by and offered his insight on brake fluids. He explained different kinds and code meanings, which helped me find what would be good for my car. Then another young man helped us out with kids roller skate shoes. I can see their staff members maintain good radio communications and respond quickly to customer requests. I actually enjoyed my trip to the store today. What's really promoting to write a review, however, is that this store has been consistent with their service level. They must have good staff coaching. Bravo to the manager too. Keep up the good work.

Got curbside pickup for some fishing gear. I do not like going in there, it's so big. It's like going to the airport to buy a bag of milk. But curbside is wonderful.

As always the friendliest customer service in Niagara possibly Canada pet friendly and just absolutely nice people and everything I need it including treats at the end of my shopping experience for my puppy Nugget really appreciates it

During my recent visit to Canadian Tire, I was impressed by how clean and organized the store was. Everything was in its proper place, and there was no clutter or mess to be found. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and organization of Canadian Tire. It is clear that the staff take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness, and this made for a pleasant shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Canadian Tire to anyone in need of quality products and a well-organized shopping experience.

Randy in Automotive was amazing! I needed new tires for my car and I don't know anything about buying tires. He did everything from research, getting me a great sale price and scheduling! Made the process stress free!

Had the most amazing experience today. The store was jumping with customers and Erin at customer service (wearing a black shirt) was excellent. She cooled me down. She was patient, fast and effective. The people in the warehouse were awesome. Erin said their names were Richard and Dylan. I hope that Canadian Tire recognizes the value of their excellent customer service people. They needs more people like these wonderful professionals. Thank you Canadian tire.

I just visited this store and can we just appreciate how amazing this baby section is?!?! Everything is so neatly organized, SO aesthetically pleasing and SO reasonably priced! Loved how beautifully they displayed the product. Not to mention the staff were OUTSTANDING, especially Arielle. Will definitely visit again :)

Wow!!!! Went there for chandeliers, after going to other big box stores and found exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention 1 chandelier marked down specifically at this store for 99.99, other stores 329.00 The staff were more then helpful, from the man who works in lighting to the young lad who came over out of nowhere and asked if we needed help with Led bulbs. Then we got to ur car, and the fine gentleman who takes care of the carts offered to load our van So impressed by their customer service, available product, pricing. I will drive from St Catharines to NF just to come here 😊

The location in Welland is big, too big. All I needed was a furnace filter, and it seemed like they were 2 football fields away. It took me 35 minutes from start to finish to get that filter. Even the staff were not sure where they were, and I had to ask 3 different employees. If you need exercise, shop here. If time is a factor, go anywhere else.

I have been to many Canadian tire stores. But never been to such a nice organized store. Staff there is so lovely to talk and helpful, they just make you feel special. They always go above and beyond to make you feel good. Their knowledge about every product is at par to help choosing right items while shopping.

We had the pleasure of being served today by Mr. Nick Federico. We are a loyal customers of Canadian Tire however Mr. Federico accompanied us today in a journey to select the right model, size, specifications, and price for my two kids bicycles. He is very knowledgeable about the products, very polite, detailed oriented and explains the pros and cons of each brand with honesty. It is clear that he not only loves his job but also make sure the paycheque he receives end of the month is a reward for a hard work and continuous effort. Thanks Nick and thanks Canadian Tire for hiring a top notch employees. Can’t be happier than today so do my kids.

Jake was awesome. He saw my mother and I at a locked showcase, and his line of sight didn't leave. The young man came straight to us, asked us if we needed any help. He didn't leave until someone with keys came to help us. I'm very proud to see such diverse hiring at my local Canadian tire. Jake was wonderful, cheery, and all around nice. A very popular hardware store, they have sales every week and the prices are reasonable. They offer triangle rewards which gives you points for your purchases which can be spent in store or with one of there partner stores. Store and parking lot is wheelchair accessible. They also have a nice garden center in the summer.

This Canadian Tire is the best of all Canadian Tire stores that I have visited in the Niagara region. It is huge with wide range of products and variety. I like the clean layout, wide aisles and clearly marked prices of each product. It has been more than three years that I have been visiting this store for my needs. I enjoyed every time I visit it. Cashiers are prompt and customer service and returns staff is also friendly and understanding. I recommend this store based on my personal experience.
