After a somewhat rocky start I am very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Marilyn. She is caring, professional, patient,always gives 110%, extremely knowledgeable, and a great addition to the team. The front desk staff always greet with a smile and willing to help. I am just completing 7 months twice a week therapy and would not be where I am without Marilyn or Robin. The environment is clean and staff maintain the safest facilities for the patients and themselves. I would highly recommend them.

I had two back surgery in 2021. I went to Lake country Physio. I was seen by Chad Waters. I highly recommend Chad. He was able to help in my recovery. Awesome guy and the staff were very pleasant. They and also a hats off to Robin. I highly recommend Lake Country Physio therapist.

I went to Lake Country Physiotherapy for a shoulder I injured in a fall. Matthew Blackwell was my physiotherapist and I can't recommend him enough. He did an excellent job of properly explaining my injury, giving me a rehabilitation program designed just for my needs, and ultimately getting me to a place physically where I no longer experience daily pain in my shoulder. It has been some time since our last necessary appointment and I still have yet to experience similar shoulder pain because I'm able to follow the program Matt set me up with. Also, the reception and administration team were extremely helpful and accommodating to my difficult schedule.

Marilyn was amazing, she worked my shoulder allowing it to move freely and now without pain. Admin staff always greeted me pleasantly and scheduled appointments perfectly meeting my needs. I have recommended Lake Country to my friends and advised my doctor how great they are.

First time seeing a Physiotherapist. Was having sharp pains in my back and dreaded the thought of living with this going forward. Appointment made with Matthew. Was given a thorough evaluation and put on a series of stretches and strengthening exercises as well as dry needling and TENS sessions. Happy to say that the sessions worked wonderfully and I can now go on without the sharp pains in my back. I highly recommend Matthew and Lake Country Physiotherapy!

I went to Lake Country Physio for treatment of sore back muscles. Physiotherapist Matt Blackwell managed my treatments and after about 6 visits had fixed my problem. He was extremely knowledgeable in identifying the cause of the problem and in providing therapy and exercises that targeted the problem area precisely that relieved the [pains I was having. Matt is very professional, easy to discuss problems with and in my opinion an outstanding physiotherapist. The front office staff were all courteous and helpful in setting up appointments to fit my schedule. Overall, an awesome experience and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing physio.

Exceeded all expectations. My therapist has an exhaustive and thorough knowledge which she imparts with care and confidence. I am a difficult and impatient client at best and Erin capably diffused my frustration with the pace of my recovery, involved me in my program and made me believe that with time and effort I would indeed gain strength. Erin restored my belief that my old and battered body can and will heal. The balance of the staff are unfailingly professional, upbeat and positive. The entire atmosphere is one of progress and optimism. An outstanding asset for our town!
