Nadine is absolutely phenomenal! Her precision with injections is perfect. The spa itself is very clean and professional. They get you in and out quickly. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Pros: They offer a variety of treatments and did a good job. Cons: they’re very salesy and it’s off-putting. I don’t mind being offered treatments based on what I’ve said that I’m interested in, but I don’t being offered things I don’t need or that every person you talk to is trying to sell you something. For example, we moved from the Westside to South Bay. My dermatologist would suggest 30-ish units of Botox. Here I was suggested 70 and everywhere in the face you could imagine. I liked them otherwise. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean.

Always a great experience here. Staff is friendly. The area is always nice and clean. Bonnie is a pro and always listens to your concerns and is very thorough. I definitely recommend her and South Bay Med Spa to all my friends.

Got laser hair removal done for the first time these past few months and it went really well! I had a few different nurses as well and they all were amazing with answering questions and making me feel comfortable. I also love my results, highly recommend!

Staff is professional, warm, and accommodating. I was greeted with great enthusiasm when I walked in. It was also nice to see how accommodating the staff was with every interaction I witnessed - even the delivery people dropping of packages! Office is clean and sleek. My treatment was well executed and RNs Bonnie and Marina were attentive and made me feel comfortable and confident. They know their stuff! I look forward to my treatment taking effect and returning in the future!

The people who checked me in were great, and setting up future appointments were easy to do…many time slots available if booked in advance. Pam was amazing! Took time to explain the process with me and what to expect.

I love South Bay Med Spa! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! My treatments and results have been excellent! I have had 6 treatments of Morpheus 8, I am almost 70 and my face looks better than it ever has. I literally look like I am in my 50's. Before treatments, I have always struggled with acne scars, brown blotches and because of my age, deep wrinkles around my eyes and mouth area. After each treatment, my face and neck kept looking better, younger and healthier with a glow. Today my acne scars are barely noticeable, the brown blotches are a lot lighter, my wrinkles are now very fine lines or gone in some areas and my cheeks are more plumped because of the collagen. I now don't mind wearing my hair all back and show off my face that I used to be embarrassed of. The best part is that I look very natural and it is important to me to grow old gracefully and look natural ,which I do thanks to Morpheus 8.

I had the PRP facials done here. The receptionist was very friendly. Bonnie, the RN who did the PRP was very knowledgeable, she answered my questions. She listened to my concerns, & addressed them. I am very happy with the results so far, & will definitely comeback for additional treatments!
