Los Chilaquiles has the best chilaquiles I have tasted outside of the homemade ones me and my family make. They have a variety of Mexican food, toppings, sides, & salsas, but we always get the chilaquiles because they are delicious. The staff are great, quick, and give suggestions if you ask. Prices are fair and food is good quality and authentic. My only complaint is that the seating area is too warm, but they have seating outside which tends to be shaded and fresh. Absolutely love this place.

A quick delicious breakfast after mass. The chilaquile chips are fried here, then covered in spicy sauce (I had the medium sauce and it was spicy and enjoyable), and topped how you want them. I will return to try the other offerings.

We randomly picked this place because we wanted Mexican food but with breakfast I come to find out that there was not a lot of breakfast options but after I selected the level of spiciness that I wanted along with some carnitas and some over medium eggs this plate was to die for. This location is in a very random shopping location which I would never have turned my head to look but I'm glad we made this choice because any other chilaquiles that I eat I will always compare it to that first dish I tried here. I'm from El Paso Texas and this is the closest to homemade Mexican food that you're going to eat in this side of California.

Please is okay not to friendly The chicken was dry and cold, not The best chilaquiles as they make it out to be overall 3 stars look great, but don't let it fool you

This place is a gem!!! Loved my chilaquiles, spicy but I loved them! This one guy in there at the front made my experience complete! Super friendly and charismatic! Definitely sold that plate with his personality!

I got a chilaquiles meal. I included an egg and pork. The mild green sauce on the chips was more like an avocado salsa than the sauces that I am used to. I prefer the green enchilada type sauces on my chilaquiles. I added the medium green sauce to my meal and liked it a lot more than the mild green sauce, using it all up and wanting a little bit more. The medium green sauce was pretty good, flavorful. I think I'll try them again and go for the red sauce.

Hard to go wrong and have never been disappointed. *Chilaquiles*= carnitas,shredded beef, a side of black beans with cheese,onion and guacamole with tortilla being simmered in there habanero green salsa
