Loved this hotel!! Clean and spacious rooms, big selection for breakfast, comfy beds, and amazing customer service! Overall great experience! Also a great location with a shopping mall, restaurants, and other stores nearby!! Will be back again if I'm ever in the area.

Whatever problems there might be don't matter as long as they keep doing that breakfast. I'm not a morning person at all, but I'm willing to keep getting up before 9am just to get that amazing amount of free food (the only complaint I can think of is how blah the turkey links are, but they got plenty of condiments you can throw on top if you like that sort of thing). Grace (who worked the 5/4 breakfast) got my tip, but it'd be nice if management gave her a bigger one *hint hint*. I'll update if there are other amazing breakfast staff that work the rest of the week. Front desk service on 5/3 was super nice and personable. The rooms (or at least ours) was significantly smaller than expected; even our queen-sized bed barely fit two people. I also don't know if this is every room, but our bathroom was just a shower rather than a shower-bathtub. The main reason we booked this rather than the Extended Stay was because the reviews for the other hotel said that there were "crackheads" that wandered around the parking lot and into the lobby. Well BW's parking lot and their's is only separated by a short wall. We haven't seen any shady characters wandering around though, so make of that what you will.

We checked into Best Western on July 27, and woke up to bed bugs on the wall and in our bed. Both myself and my kids suffered from bed big bites and had to throw away all of our belongings. I reported to the front desk who seemed concerned, said she sent photos to the manager and that he would call me Monday yet I have heard nothing from him. I’ve called every day and left messages and voicemails and still no follow up. The hotel looks beautiful, the staff was polite but this is a huge health concern and doesn’t seem to be acknowledged by the manager at this property.

Great place to stay close to the shopping mall. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Front staff was so nice and accommodating. The included breakfast was incredible.

An absolutely pleasant surprise of a stay at this BWPAS! As an avid Hilton and Marriott member - I was hesitant to such from my loyalty of brands for this work trip. That being said, I wasn’t left many options as several properties in the area were sold out and astronomical in costs. I decided to give this property a chance and I’m very delighted I did so. Waheeda at the front desk was beyond hospitable and inviting, she was the bright spot in the experience and stay. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean, newly updated, and everything one could want within. Fresh brewed Starbucks coffee in lobby, warm cookies at check-in, and a breakfast selection unlike any other hotel chain for the low price of free — all the more reason to consider this place on your next visit to Torrance, CA. Already pinned this on Goggle Maps for a return visit next time I’m in the area, hope you’ll do the same!

Nice place to stay if Torrance needs to be your hub. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to Del Amo Mall and Redondo Beach. It fulfilled our needs for our nine-night stay.

Nice and clean with a comfy bed. Staff was polite and professional. The free breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Sofa and microwave in my suite was a bit worn and dated but overall an enjoyable stay for 5 day business trip. I will stay here again.

Spent a couple of nights while our house was being fumigated. Nice accommodations, comfortable, good location, quiet, & a good breakfast.

What can i say everything was just right. The location was safe and within close proximity to the mall and good restaurants. Its really quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the suite and the breakfast

The hotel itself is a little?tired - in need of a refresh. But the breakfast totally makes up for it! Included with our stay & so much selection. We had an early flight, breakfast to start at 6am. We were down by 5;55 & it was all ready to go!

I give them a 4.5 out of 5 stars, it would be 5 stars if they had some type of outdoor patio area. Very courteous welcoming front desk, easy check in, cookies/ snack back and water bottles are a nice touch on check in. Lobby has a nice area with comfortable seating and complementary deluxe coffee/ tea selection. Very quiet clean nice decor, love the cozy home like 1 bedroom suite option w a bedroom and separate living room with desk and kitchen area. Nice when one person wants to sleep and the other wants to lounge watch tv or work at the desk. The amazing breakfast is definitely one thing that defines Best western above others, large variety of breakfast options from waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal, eggs and bacon/ toast, juice, water and lux coffee machine, the breakfast lady is so sweet and helpful. Overall above all I appreciate the personable service and quiet homey atmosphere. The only thing I wish they had is a outdoor patio area, I hope this is something they’re considering. Other than the lack of outdoor patio area, this hotel is I would say one of the best especially for the personable courteous guest service

The hotel is definitely worth its stars. Good value rooms, spacy and comfy. Staff were also kind, and the breakfast was delicious, even though the variety of foods was a bit small.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. Staff are always friendly. It's a 5 min drive to Del Amo which is the nearest shopping mall + food place. 10 - 15 minutes to I-405 or I-110. The rooms are a good size and always clean; comes with a microwave and fridge. Price is always around $120 - $180/night. Good selection breakfast as well that comes complementary.

We have stayed here in the past, and everything was great. However, during this recent stay, we noticed the room smelled like real bad plumbing. As soon as we turned on the faucet, we noticed a sewage smell, same with the shower. As soon as you walk into the room, the smell overwhelms you. Besides that, everything else was nice. Great service and amenities. The hotel is well kept and clean.

Avita is such a great hotel, So accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in Torrance. The Rooms are comfy and always clean You'll love it.

Very good stay at BWP Avita. The high ratings are justified. Good choice for families. Reception staff is helpful. Very good breakfast included with a lot of variety. Grace is the best at service with a smile and polite attitude. She really took care of all guests visiting the restaurant. Free parking is a great addon. Good free WiFi. Rooms are clean. Bed was big and comfortable. They should provide drinking water daily in the room. Free Starbucks coffee at the reception lobby. Beaches are a 10 min drive. Many known car rental companies in 15 min walk distance. Overall a great stay in LA.

The laundry services came in clutch when hitting the sandy beaches. Breakfast was great. The suite was a bonus for relaxing after busy days. Location was fine, just need to drive to beaches and restaurants.

Great place to stay, we stayed 4 days here with family, the breakfast is included and is very descent, is not like a grab and go it actually includes eggs waffles, fresh fruit and stuff. The service was great. I cannot complain about this place at all, everything was clean, staff was nice and they have a coffee machine in the lobby with real Starbucks coffee beans, that was probably the best part for me.

Front desk staff are really friendly and competent, breakfast was absolutely great. For some reason the TV was in really awkward spot. Pillows are a bit too soft in my opinion. I only stayed there for 1 night so I give this a 5 star for a quick one-nighter. Great service overall.

Horrible unprofessional front staff who messed up our reservation and then refused to help fix it. Literally he walked out of the room mid sentence and was completely unprofessional and rude. I would never stay here or recommend this for anyone. I work in the service industry and know how this works. Unacceptable behavior and this company and management should be ashamed of themselves.

Stayed here twice while visiting Los Angeles. Very nice location and clean rooms. The breakfast looked good too and had so many options. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever visiting town.

I had stayed over a month, staffs were kind and amazing. Me and my boys were very happy. The location is very convenient such as malls and grocery stores even good restaurants are 5 min. drive away. They have free parking lot. You have to check out Palos Verdes area and it's 15 min away. I enjoyed staying in Best Western Plus Avita Suite and love Torrance. I will definitely come back later.
