Absolutely
awful
experience;

but
only

person
taking
orders
at
the
till
so
huge
wait.
Asked
for
burgers
without
cheese
but
all
came
with
cheese
in.
Asked
for
no
bacon
in
CBK
but
as
had
to
order
online
didnt
see
in
the
image
that
there
were
bacon
bits
in
the
bun.
On
shift
manager
Raquel
unbelievably
argumentative
and
initially
said
that
we
should
have
looked
clearly
at
the
image
and
this
was
a
loss
for
her
so
that's
the
way
it
goes.
Asked
if
we
could
just
have
the
chicken
in
a
different
bun
but
she
said
she
would
have
to
charge
1.50
for
the
bun.
Asked
for
refund
for
CBK
to
order
something
else
but
she
refused.
With
the
queue
of
people
behind
us
and
the
arguing
one
of
the
staff
told
her
to
just
do
it
so
we
got
the
CBK
with
normal
bun
in
the
end.
This
took
over
30
minutes
to
sort.
Utter
disgrace.
On
the
plus
side
when
we
eventually
got
our
food
it
tasted
fine.
