    Horrible service!! There's no concept of "FAST FOOD". It's more like slow food. It takes forever to get your order. They mess it up. Crew is not organized. I told them that I was waiting for my order more than 15 minutes... the lady said that it's not ready yet. Really???!!! Hilarious. Not even an apology. There's not costumer service at all. Who's the manager there? Staff needs WAY more training. Atrocious experience. Not recommended!

    Absolutely awful experience; 3 interactive boards not working but only 1 person taking orders at the till so huge wait. Asked for burgers without cheese but all came with cheese in. Asked for no bacon in CBK but as had to order online didnt see in the image that there were bacon bits in the bun. On shift manager Raquel unbelievably argumentative and initially said that we should have looked clearly at the image and this was a loss for her so that's the way it goes. Asked if we could just have the chicken in a different bun but she said she would have to charge 1.50 for the bun. Asked for refund for CBK to order something else but she refused. With the queue of people behind us and the arguing one of the staff told her to just do it so we got the CBK with normal bun in the end. This took over 30 minutes to sort. Utter disgrace. On the plus side when we eventually got our food it tasted fine.

    Speak barely any english which is not even a problem just the fact they laugh at you and expect you to speak Spanish when ordering. Such bad customer service both times i’ve visited. So rude and unprofessional. We were paying cash so ordered on kiosk but no receipt so we tried to communicate this they charged us for the wrong order which I know as a fast food worker is a fixable mistake all you need to do is refund us and let us pay for the right order. It was obviously the language barrier that caused this mistake which is not their fault but also not ours but they made it out like we were idiots.

    When you have been traveling for 24 hours and can barely think, it's basic fuel with a touch screen menu, on the way from the airport and Aldi is in the same parking lot (Lidl very close by) for food and beverages. Has a back exit behind the Aldi if you want to go east.

    Was the only place open after we landed and the plane was delayed, big thanks to the staff for staying open so late, way better than the competition that begins with M, who ran out with a post and stuck it into the ground so I couldn't order there. Should really put a complaint in as it wasn't even their closing time but probably better we all just use burger king from now on. Food tastes way better anyway, (just don't use those screens that keep crashing to order)!!!!!!?

    When I brought back a cold whopper they heated it up in microwave and gave it back to me! Now warm salad and sauce in the burger wasn’t very nice! Poor service bad food

    My order supposed to arrive between 19:55 to 20:15 now is 21:11 and I still haven't received my order and can't contact the business to get a refund on the Uber eats app. Very unsatisfied

    Food very cold and speak no English..very slow service also...place should be closed down for serving freezing cold food..had to ask for it to heated up

    Vegetarians beware! I am not vegetarian but I choose to try eating less meat. I went today and ordered a long vegetal meal and when I arrived home, they had given me a long chicken. 🤷‍♀️ This can be a serious problem for some people. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars but Google won't let me.

    We waited 25 mins for our food then got served cold chicken wings and 1/2 filled bag of chips. The Nutella Ice cream was yummy though
