    It costs a horror to answer by phone. When you are there in person they have not treated me well because they keep cutting you off to talk on the phone. It's the whiting that bites its tail. The podiatrist has treated me well, out of 10, I have no complaints, this has been the case every time I have gone, but I will not return because I do not like her telephone or in-person attention, they should have more staff due to the large flow of calls.

The service at the reception was fantastic, always trying to help and is a pleasure, but I had to make an appointment for an ENT doctor and it was a disappointment. They gave me an appointment that day, something I was grateful for because I had been ill for 4 days, he saw me and he didn't pay much attention to me, I went to the stretcher, he vacuumed and dry cleaned the wax that the drops he had been putting on me had removed, and I got dizzy. , when I sat up it was exactly the same and he told me what, when I showered he would pour warm water in my ear and that's it. Yesterday, 13 days later, I had to go to another ENT doctor because it was going from bad to worse, and the surprise was that the plug I had, as he told me, had been "put deeper in" and, in the traditional way, with a syringe and water hot, he removed the membrane and the wax that prevented me from hearing. According to this ENT doctor, if they had done it like this from the beginning, I wouldn't have had to stay 13 days now. I don't know any other specialists but, as an ENT specialist, in my personal experience, I don't recommend it.

    Hoy he ido a una cita al otorrino tras una larga espera de un mes. 15 minutos en coche. 20 mins para aparcar. He olvidado ir con mascarilla y le he pedido una educadamente una a la recepcionista para salvar la situación ya que solo faltaban unos minutos para la cita. En tono seco me ha respondido que NO.
