    Bad phones, appointments through a strange website, the normal thing is to go to the clinic, pick up a number, wait in line (normally at least 45 minutes) and then they will give you an appointment, for when they "can" (minimum 1 month). On Saturdays they attend to emergencies until 2:00 p.m., but if you arrive at 1:40 p.m., they no longer attend to you and refer you to the painter ribera clinic, it is not understandable. In the emergency room, if you have a sick family member with reduced mobility, you are going to have problems, because the emergency room doctor (not all of them) treats you with shame, with condescending and uneducated answers, giving telephone diagnoses from the office (they do not travel to patient's home under no circumstances). It is true that once you have an appointment, the family doctor (in my case) will see you on time, well... A real shame and because of a few bad doctors, the righteous pay for the sinners.     La atención administrativa de el centro es pésima. Siempre tienes que llamar una media de 30 veces para que contesten el teléfono y lo hacen de malas formas. Cuando tienes que recoger un sobre que te ha dejado el médico y este te dice que puede recogerlo un familiar con una foto del el SIP y de el DNI te dicen que no que es algo nuevo, cuando hace 2 días que se ha recogido un mismo sobre de esa forma. Encima llegan a decir que los sábados no se recogen documentos…. y que el médico no tiene ni idea. Y más vergonzoso aún que te cuelguen el teléfono. Unas sin vergüenza.

    Llevamos llamando desde el miercoles 5/01/2022 por que hemos dado positivo en covid y nos han estado colgando el telefono. Hemos llamado al 112 , al numero facilitado por el COVID y todos nos acaban derivando a este teléfono, el cual nos cuelgan, no nos lo cogen o cualquier otra excusa. Hoy dia 08/01/2022 nos lo han cogido diciendo que ese telefono era de urgencias, que esto no era una urgencia, que hoy era sabado y que llamemos el lunes. Sabemos y somos conscientes de que los servicios sanitarios estaran colapsados pero por lo menos coger el telefono no esta de mas, y hablar de buenas maneras tampoco.

    They don't pick up the phone! I have been calling for weeks, most of the calls have been made (the line was not busy) but no one has answered. In the end I had to drive 1.5 hours (45 minutes each way) to make an appointment for my children.

    Every time I have gone to the emergency room they have treated me phenomenally, giving me the time they needed. When I have gone to my family doctor the same and if there are delays it is due to lack of staff as happens everywhere, it is not their fault.
