My husband and I stayed here in October. The staff was phenomenal in regards to service and the property has all the amenities you need. I think her name was Ines- thank you!- the amazing customer service started even before we arrived when I phoned the resort. We stayed in the two bedroom town house, It was HUGE and beautiful! All the amenities to cook and enjoy your back yard or two large patios over looking vineyards. We were nervous about being farther out from Lisbon initially but this turned out to be a great location. You’ll want to rent a car and explore the little towns around you, beautiful beaches, and wineries! The reception can help you plan as well. We have traveled extensively and this property will stick out in our memories. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

The hotel in general is nice. Friendly and professional staff who are very helpful. The hotel offers Spa wellness center (all indoor) and swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). We visited the place in October and it was very quiet. For visiting the Spa wellness center, you have to schedule your visit. Which is a big plus, because it will avoid being very busy. The restaurant and bars are absolutely okey. Restaurant serves excelent food. In general you will have a good stay here. Calm and relaxed. Some maintenance need to be done.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views across a golf course, large swimming pool and separate one for children and a jacuzzi. There was a gym and spa but we didn’t visit this. It has around three restaurants and a bar so always somewhere to eat and drink until after midnight. Friday & Saturday night there was a musician performing in the bar creating a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts, good variety of food (eggs, bacons etc, a selection of cold meats and pastries, yogurts, cereals and fruits together with pancakes and crepes) and all at a high standard. Staff are a very friendly and helpful. Decor is modern and welcoming throughout. Calming, spacious reception area with plenty of seating. There was a kids club area which advertised bouncy castle and other things, but again, we did not visit this part. Room was comfortable, clean and had very large floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of towels, shower amenities, spa robe and slippers. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel. Everything here is 5* Staff is lovely and helpful, the rooms are big and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is perfect. My favorite part: the breakfast. Never had such a top notch breakfast. And the crumble for dessert. Perfect Magnificent hotel

My wife and I stayed here in early July for a wedding. It was a great hotel as we enjoyed the room, golf and dining. Unfortunately our golf clubs got 'lost' by the airline so we had to rent clubs. One set of clubs showed up at the resort after we had left (the other set never made it to the resort) and Alexander and his team took the time to call me and let me know the clubs had arrived. He also looked to make arrangement for shipping of the clubs back to me in the US. Would highly recommend Dolce CampoReal!

The staff is very friendly and willing to help, they deserve 5 ⭐. However, the canopies are a shame and the lounge seats around the pool are so uncomfortable and some even broken. Not a 5 🌟 pool, definitely!

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, beautiful scenery and a relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a 3 bed villa with pool which was perfect in every way. It was a short walk to the hotel or alternatively we could availe of a private shuttle to/from the hotel. The only critisim I'd have is that the bar service was quite slow at the evening bar.

Went for a friend's wedding, absolutely fell in love with this place. 10/10 recommend. Gorgeous rooms with jacuzzi and balcony, 3 day stay was less than 300 USD, breakfast was absolutely delicious and organic .. just couldn't get enough. Definitely will go back with my husband.

We stayed a week at Dolce CampoReal. Course: The course was in a horrible condition, which could not be helped due to drought. But there was no compensation (could have been a free trolly) or reduced green fee. Food and drinks: The food and drinks were grossly overpriced and of poor standard. We went to another course where a grilled cheese cost 4€ on this hotel it cost 10€ and the quality was extremely poor. We had a drink included for the dinner buffet. If you wanted water with your glass of wine, the only option was a 3 € bottle of water. Wine did not come with a glass of water. If the food and drink quality had been excellent we wouldn’t have minded. But we felt utterly robbed. Cleaning: In our room we found glasses under the bed which was not ours. Asked for an extra duvet and got one without a cover and had to sleep with that. Would absolutely NOT recommend at current pricing, quality and course standard. Could be a great resort, but not with current standard.

Good stay, clean and comfortable rooms. All was well until the last hour of my stay when I encountered a very rude member of staff. Very dismissive behaviour when all I was asking for was 2 cups of water. Prior to this encounter, she was giving very rude stares to another guest who came as part of the wedding party we had all flown out for. I’d hate to think she’s racist but from my encounter of her, it really did seem that way.

Liked: Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast is good, room was good and seemed renovated but used, indoor pool is also good, but the chairs need some maintenance. Facilities meet the expectation. Nothing excels to be honest, it's just borderline acceptable for a 5 star hotel. The biggest plus go for the staff, which are really kind and always there to help. Disliked: First point, not negative for some, but for us it was... This IS NOT an hotel for COUPLES! This IS a hotel for FAMILY WITH KIDS! If you are like us, a child free couple, you will have kids all over the place, screaming and jumping into the pool, just everywhere. Also, we were told in the check-in that we got a free upgrade, since the hotel wasn't that full, but honestly when we got to the room, it was exactly the room I booked. So I guess they say that to everyone to just seem that they give out upgrades? Not even a water bottle we had in our room :( One thing that we didn't like, was the restaurant manjapão. The quality of the food is good, but the service is beyond bad. We didn't had any couverts, but we had the plates in the table for such. No wine card was presented... There was only one waitress running around, doing the best he could. Kids screaming at the top of their lungs for one whole hour before the parents decided to take them elsewhere. 5 star hotels shouldn't have a short of staff during dinner! There was no menu anywhere before booking the restaurant, we had to ask in the reception for the menu and even then they had some trouble finding one.

Friendly staff, nice golf course and in fairly good condition. Greens were in very good condition, but on the other hand bunkers were quite of a joke, small and clay-like. But well worth a visit.

Very accommodating staff. Alexander checked us in and gave a great overview of the country side. Also gave us recommendations on restaurants and things to do with kids. The property is on a golf course with beautiful landscapes. We had a family room and on the day we arrived, the house keeping made the sofa bed for children. The breakfast was good with fresh juices, fruits, eggs, croissants, cereal, and toast. One of my favorite parts of about the breakfast was great espresso and coffee. We stayed for 4 days and breakfast was generally the same but always fresh. The location was more in the country side so you really do need a car to do anything. Closest grocery store is about 10 mins. It's located in a quiet area and the drive towards the hotel was beautiful. The only thing I was disappointed was about the fridge in the room. Considering it's a family room, there was no microwave and the fridge was bar fridge. We were told it meant its to mainten the temperature not cool. So all of our food was spoiled. There was a lot of waste. I hope they can get microwaves and cooling refrigerators in the room. The pool was good too. The lady at the spa was sweet and very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Calming decor, great breakfast, good lunch/dinner, pleasant staff on average, noisy night (pool table next to bedroom), AC can't be turned off (dry air in bedroom, plus noisily turns on randomly during the night), to use the bedroom's toilet your head hits the shower glass, bed pillows too flat.

Huge rooms, good breakfast buffet and friendly service. Quite expensive food in the restaurant, but still good if no other option.

Have stayed in this hotel many times over many years, and each stay was a positive one. The location is excellent for group meetings or for a golf stay. It is also a good place to escape the city without leaving g the services of the city behind. Good restaurant, for all meals, limited but well-managed bar, nice pool, pretty good golf course. If in the Torres Vedras area with a car, and you need to stay here, this is your best choice.

Walked in at 10:30 for breakfast. All of the food out and people eating. Would not let my fiancé or I take anything at all when we already paid for the breakfast to be included. They proceeded to throw away all the food infront of us while other people who were in the restaurant continued filling up new plates.

Marvellous place to take holidays in peace and nature. It is a great place to make your company conference or event party! Highly recommend. About 30-40minuts from LIsbon Center

Nice driving range, huge golf course. Golf course and spa are not run by the hotel I had one of the best massages of my life at their independent spa, I highly recommend Valter. Most staff are brillant, some talk back at you though. Food is OK! The outside swimming pool and restaurants/outside areas are quite outdated and the outside pool area quite run down. Would not see this hotel as 5 star standard. Maybe 3 stars, or low 4 stars. No room service for food. Rooms are OK and clean but also old and so is the balcony. Their taxi service is highly overpriced when Uber is a 10min wait only and half the price!

We just spent a night there to run away from the day to day @home, but we really enjoyed it! Good atmosphere and very nice overall

Played golf only, course in poor condition and not well maintained, boggy in places and some greens lacked grass . Some hole designs where unreasonable and dangerous with blind shots and no warning bells.

Lovley golfcource one of the best we played due to the beautiful landscape and challenging holes following the valley. We enjoyed walking the course eaten if it is a physical challenge. The course marshal, Louis took very good care of us explaining the course and driving us up to tee on hole 3 we’re it was very steep.

We stayed in the villa , very nice but the private pool isn't heated. The units didn't have and tea or coffee. They also offer a private shuttle to.your villa back to the reception. Enjoy the view and the spa. Breakfast was also beautiful and tasty.its worth it to spend a weekend here.

5 star hotel and service, 3 star food Edit: Thank you for the reply. I do intend to come back as we love the hotel.

I loved staying here! Although me and my boyfriend do not play golf, we found this hotel such a nice and quiet place. The golf course around makes the landscape look amazing with a great surrounding environment. The room was extremely clean and large and the bed was super comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful in anything we needed. Definitely will come back!

Hotel has a top standard, but this is not what I loved the most; - The golf course is very difficult. Each hole can brake you. You must play smart and hit precisely your layups. Great, great fun. You have to accept that on few holes par may not be possible for you at all. But when you play smart with full concentration, you may even make a birdie sometimes. Great satisfaction. High handicappers will also have fun, but I'd suggest to take more balls than usual.

Great Staff, lovely breakfast and a nice indoor pool. Clean and cosy rooms, silent and comfortable. Judged based on our November vacation, when it was at least quiet empty.

Love the place. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Considering we are only just post Covid, meals are good and facilities are excellent. Golf course has a few quirky holes, but is a good test of golf Would come back again

The hotel was good. Spacious premises , helpful staff, nice golf course, great view and breakfast, cozy evening bar. Just a bit far off, you cant walk into town, anywhere else to eat or shop. Things to improve: no wifi in the pool and gym area, no kids corner/room anywhere (so dont come with your kids... they will be bored)

Overall not bad, more of a conference center than a hotel. The staff are polite and reasonably friendly. In my eyes this is definitely not 5 stars. No offer of help to the room with bags. No info of hotel amenities in the room, which resulted in us almost missing breakfast. Overpriced drinks, especially for local beer and soft drinks. Rooms are okay, but the view was of a car park and hotel entrance. For some reason the phone in the room has a bright lcd screen that turns on randomly at night and wont turn off, very annoying and somewhat unnerving. Needs some renovations in places and is rather characterless as hotels go. I'll be looking for somewhere else next year.

I fell in love with this place. The serene beauty and calm atmosphere. One can detox from the busy city hustle. A 20 minute walk through the wineyards can also take you to a nearby village. And not to forget the golf, i played my 1st golf here and i wish to return soon

We coordinated to have our wedding guests (60+ out of town guests) stay at the hotel during our wedding weekend in July 2022. We hosted a pre-wedding celebration at the hotel that was superb with the planning and support of the hotel staff. The entire stay was wonderful. Staff go above and beyond to support hotel guests. The hotel facilities (excellent outdoor pool, spa + restaurant) were a favorite with guests. Finally, the rooms are clean, quiet, and well accommodated. Simply put, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We look forward to visiting the Dolce Campo Real in the future and would recommend it to all considering.

An excellent establishment with pleasantly, smiley staff whom did everything professionally and no request was a bother. Lovely surroundings, well appointed rooms, great food! The pool was an added bonus. Well worth a stay!

Nice things: room, bathroom, balcony, the spa area with Turkish sauna, calmness, isolation. Less nice: The outside pool looks better on pictures, the service felt a little disorganized, and the air conditioning a bit weak. The location is beautiful and remote, not close to water. It is a little world of its own, and if that's what you want, i recommend!

Such a beautiful resort!!!!! All of the staff are beyond friendly and extremely accommodating! So many ammenities too. The shuttle/taxi drivers around here are so nice and gave us awesome recommendations for resturaunts, beaches, etc. Just a wonderful experience all around!!!!

I ordered a suite which is a nice room however the mini bar is empty. Room service closes at 12 and there are no toiletries in the room. Breakfast was not included for €400 a night. This is not a 5* hotel.
