Well organized museum, focused on Archeology, but with very good material, an exhibition with archaeological finds from 3 thousand years BC, is located in the old monastery, so there is a very beautiful cloister at the entrance, with Portuguese tiles. Entrance was 2.00 euros.

Integrated into the Graça convent, it is accessed through its beautiful cloisters. The museum currently has an exhibition dedicated mainly to Castro do Zambujal, showing a very reasonable number of very interesting pieces found there. I really liked it

“History of the city that changed the country” This was the museum chosen to carry out a university project, which it would not have been possible to carry out without the collaboration of one of the museum's guides. The museum itself is quite small, but the story it tells is huge. The permanent exhibition reports on the importance that the city of Torres Vedras had in the French invasions in 1810, with everything from weapons/replicas used at the time to several paintings that were able to be preserved. I highly recommend visiting the Leonel Trindade Museum, next to the Graça Church in Torres Vedras.

It has an important and very interesting center for the interpretation of Castro do Zambujal and the prehistoric occupation of the municipality of Torres Vedras. However, the space of the old monastery could have been better utilized.

We like it. It is in the old Convent. It has magnificent tiles. It has an archaeological sector and another about the Napoleonic War and the Line of Towers/fortifications. Located in the city center.

Church and Convent of Graça in Torres Vedras Dedicated to Our Lady of Graça, the Agostinhos Convent was founded in the 16th century in the space where the city's Ermida da Gafaria was previously built. *The convent complex was built based on the cloisters and with a 19th century portal. *In the interior, with a single nave, the main chapel altarpiece, from the beginning of the 17th century, the carvings of the side altars, the statuary, the ivory crucifix, the tiles and the four 16th century paintings stand out. *The walls are covered in 18th century tiles.

I was disappointed! I thought that for a municipal museum there was very little on display... Compared to a few years ago, the exhibition area was much larger and more diverse
