One of the prettiest setups I've seen for a buffet. The current Marie Antoinette display would have been too pretty to eat even if it were edible. Flavours are on occasions a bit hit-and-miss but in general pretty good and always out-of-the-box.

Contemplating giving it a 3 star for some of the really strange acting staff but then their service was good, just not sincere. The food though is pretty good. Hilton breakfast buffet is always good and the dinner sort of maintains its standards. I read the less stellar reviews are from the sweets buffet, and I can see why. Desserts aren’t their strength. They need to improve on desserts

Came here for their Halloween sweets buffet. It was okay, but some of the dishes change depending on a day, and due to that I could not try two of the dishes I came for. I think when people pay 5,000 yen for a buffet, they should be able to try everything especially the most advertised dishes.

The display was epic, but the flavors were disappointing. It's all very attractive and expansive but we had all of the same desserts at a different restaurant in the hotel. There were some savory dishes, as well. A reservation is required. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. Once seated it was a bit of a scuffle to get food. The place was filled with troops of Japanese women meandering through the buffet. There were mountainous bowls of strawberries, some sweet, a lot tart. It was worth the experience but once is enough.

We decided to have a Christmas buffet lunch at the Marble Lounge at the Hilton Tokyo near Shinjuku during the holiday period. The Marble Lounge is known to do themed buffets throughout the year. They're quite popular and often booked out, so making a reservation ahead online is highly advised. The venue itself is located in the lobby foyer so you'll need to get used to eating while a lot of hotel guests are walking around. The buffet food choice was okay and we enjoyed their roast beef, Indian curry and desserts. Unfortunately it's a little bit too crowded and would be a better experience if they decreased the amount of people they seated per session. I realize it's a business and they need to maximize the opportunity but the waiting lines can get a bit long and staff seemed a bit stretched thin and therefore forgetting things. At 8,000 yen per person, it's pricey for what it is and it does feel that most people come here due to the hype, just as we did. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to it.

Best hotel buffet! Love the seasonal themes like their Marie Antoinette special. Not only is the food line up amazing but the decors, staff costumes, and buffet layout are all planned and designed based on the theme. Great customer experience down to the last detail!!

Visited for a Christmas brunch. The food was pretty good, but the setup was far too small for the volume of people that were there. There was one jug of water for hundreds of people. The long lines and busyness made the experience not very relaxing and felt rushed.

We went for the Hello Kitty themed buffet. Way too heavy on the food colouring and sugar. The theming itself was great but the desserts itself really left something to be desired. Leaving early despite it being a treat for my daughter’s birthday.

Visited the lounge to try their strawberry sweets buffet. The buffet was tastefully decorated with about 30 different desserts, teas, a few appetisers and strawberries. I particularly enjoyed the strawberry shortcake, tart, orange tiramisu and the strawberry crème tea. The appetisers were a little let down except the salads that were quite delicious.

Very nice lunch and breakfast buffet in the lobby of the Hilton Tokyo. Very professional staff and an extensive lineup of foods, including numerous vegan options such as a wide assortment of vegetable dishes plus even vegan cold cuts and vegan cheeses.

The buffet is located in the hotel lobby which makes it very noisy. The main course selection was mostly cold or warm food that very quickly went cold in the air conditioned and constant door opening lobby. The desert selection was lacking compared to what was expected, but at least one of the cakes and the ice cream were very good. Finally, drinks were not included and extremely pricey which doesn't make sense for the price of the buffet dinner. All in all we had a good evening but not up to par.

😠 Unfortunately we had high hopes for this place given the review on multiple social media platforms. We ordered around 10,000 yen worth of food in total sew the receipts. We waited more than an hour outside, with the poor guy behind us handed a signage to hold by the staff, advising beef is sold ou...

😠 Similar to what another commenter said, they definitely try forcing you leave a 5 star review on Google for them at the end of the meal. I’m pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews here are because of that, we certainly were fooled. Our personal experience: went with a group of friends shortly after...
