    This gym is highly recommended for women who want to lose weight or for beginners who want to start kickboxing. I also started kickboxing and mixed martial arts this year because I wanted to try it. There are a variety of instructors, including some who are kind and others who give detailed explanations and give detailed instructions, so I can feel their individuality every time I go and it's a lot of fun. In particular, I am often indebted to Mr. Kodama, Mr. Serizawa, and Mr. Doi, and I think it must be difficult to teach them as there are students of various levels attending at the same time, but they take the time to teach each student each time. I am truly grateful to you for your support. As a side note, I really like the concept of this group, and I respect them for creating an environment that makes it easy for first-timers to try their hand at kickboxing and mixed martial arts by spreading the word about it from the base. The facility is clean, the gym has a bright design that dispels the impression that people who practice martial arts are scary, and the people at the gym are very friendly and cheerful people, so I'm not sure. I highly recommend that people start!

    It is newer than the other Shibuya gyms, pretty stylish and clean and close to Donki Hote! 😁

    With easy-to-understand and detailed instruction, even martial arts beginners can easily attend! It's okay even if you don't have the physical strength. You can take it at your own pace.

    Although it's a little far from the station, I enjoy commuting because I think it's part of my exercise routine. (I'm careful not to buy anything in the basement of a department store on the way home.) There are classes of various difficulty levels and strengths, so it's great that you can flexibly choose the class you want to participate in depending on your mood, such as whether you want to learn form, burn calories, or want to do some light exercise. Also, since no reservations are required, you can participate whenever you feel like it. For those who want to slim down their body, Dr. Suga's diet class is recommended. It's quite tough, but you'll feel a sense of accomplishment (if you're a beginner, we recommend learning the form in the beginner class before joining the diet class!)
