Was there for a concert of Sayashi Riho and had my seat at B1 floor. The concert was amazing and the staff was really nice. But sadly the lights from the stage blinded me every time they light up strongly. Maybe not the fault of the venue alone but that was my experience. A bit sad to be honest

Very well organized and well ran establishment. The venue was set up with utmost respect to everyone's safety in mind. I love the way the vendors were arranged throughout each floor and how everything was streamlined for the maximum amount of efficiency. The lockers were conveniently located throughout the venue and bar/kitchen was extremely pleasant to go to as beverages were served in a very timely manner and weren't watered down. I had an excellent overall experience.

Saw Char’a performance, very intimate venue and was able to see the musicians backstage after the show

Saw the Mr Jimmy show here, and Mr Jimmy was wonderful of course, however the facility is exceptional. I am no acoustics expert but the sound was wonderful the view from every seat is great. Only suggestion would be to run both escalators in the same direction when the crowd is leaving. Would love to see another band there

Very good and organized concert place with 2 balconies and one main arena. Each concert has their own light effect giving a different atmosphere for each artist. Before entering, you have to pay a 500yen fee for one drink (you can get beer or alcohol at the B2F) and you can find locker both outside and inside for 300yen.

I was there last night for Paul Weller concert. If you’re in the standing area, beware it’ll be VERY packed and the stage is not high enough for you to see the band - I’m relatively tall and yet I couldn’t see them because of the tons os people in that area. Had to try really hard to see the stage and kept moving my head from one side to another or tiptoe to see anything ( I’m 174cm tall). The concert itself was good, just the theater itself that didn’t help, and tickets weren’t cheap.) Tip to the theater: make that stage HIGHER. Also, at the entrance you MUST buy a ticket of 600¥ to get a drink, otherwise you can’t get in. That was a little too much but I guess it’s a Japan thing.
