My favorite Prada store in the world. OMA & Prada have a great design partnership and make this such a great place to stage Muccia's work.

Beautiful architecture, worth a visit if you're in the area. There are 6 floors, but only 4 open for browsing when we visited. Staff will silently stalk behind you and will rush to readjust any coathangers or items you touch as you move to browse the next section.

The sales girl did not speak English. When she said she'd bring a "new" bag for me to purchase, she gave me the store display with no warning. Took forever and wasted my time. I am really shocked that a luxury store in asia would give a customer a store display and try to pass it off as new. Prada's quality has gone downhill over the years, in both their products and customer service. Cheap materials and cost cutting designs.

Amazing architecture of this Prada flagship store. It's very popular for tourists, so you won't feel the only stranger there if you're not going inside for shopping. The architectural details are great - both the facade but also the interior ones.

The staff was patient and thought hard what would be suitable for me. She wasn't that extremely kind in a typical japanese way, but made me comfy, which I prefer. Had a good time there. I went there becuase of the building, though.

Very impressed with a wall made of sparkling diamond-shaped glass panels.

Very cool building worth walking around the area to enjoy some of the other unique architecture.

Famous building designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Worths to see it. Cannot talk about shopping.

This is definitely a cool building. There was an exhibition 'Sturm & Drang' and a nice male attendant explained the concept of it to me eagerly. Thanks! (Nov. 2021)

If you take out the overpriced clothes you get a very nice glass building in the end which if you are studying architecture is quite nice

It's always such an amazing experience to wander through a building and be surrounded by architecture. This one has very beautiful designs, from what I can tell so far- not usually one for high end fashion shops but this place seems different enough that it warrants stopping at! The atmosphere is lovely as well - inviting without being too crowded or stuffy like some places where you feel pressure immediately after walking in the door because there are other people waiting around them who also want space right away too

Very good service and building itself is very cool. Favorite Christmas tree in Tokyo. Gift Christmas bouquet and chocolate before Christmas

Super amazing building by herzog de meuron. Really appreciate the fact that they staff was welcoming & friendly enough to take me around for me to admire the building even though I wasn’t buying anything. You won’t get this treatment in most stores☺️👍

Cool building and nice exhibit on 5th floor

Had exactly what I needed and more of what I wanted. It's quite large and has a great selection

The sellers are so rude. Can stand behind you, discuss with a colleague your PRADA account and laugh like idiots. I felt like I visited secondary toxic school. I never met such disgusting people in that kind of boutiques.

Beautiful building. love the exhibition on top floor. I've visited this building several times and staffs here always look like they're having the worst day of their life lol
