🍜 Away from the bustling tourists of Carcassonne, we stumbled upon a hidden gem—a perfect bowl of ramen! The toppings were bursting with flavor, adding just the right amount of texture to lighten the richness of the delicious broth that packed a punch. Every slurp of those well-prepared noodles, already perfectly coated with the broth, was an absolute delight. I savored every last bit. 🤤 To top it off, we indulged in unagi rice and gyoza! The rice was perfectly cooked, with each grain retaining its shape, while the fluffy eel was coated in a nostalgic sauce that brought back so many memories—I was beyond happy! 🍚✨ The gyoza had the perfect crunch on the outside with a juicy filling inside.🥟 Overall, what an unexpected and satisfying find—the whole experience was just incredible. ☺️✨
