Going in the evening with heart problems. Covid or not, but waiting, outside, for around ,40 minutes with 6°C was terrible. Not allowed.... Once inside it was fine. But this rule didn't make any sense. You can only come in alone, okay, but this was unpleasant. There was a small child inside waiting, with his mother, but also a friend of that mother with her daughter... Unexplainable.

Don't go here!! Go to Beziers or elsewhere instead! I went with a dog bite, feeling very sick. Was out through the wringer by the woman at reception with v little willingness to help get my info into the system or work out the language barrier. Did finally see a nurse, who did speak English and was friendly. Saw doctor for 20 seconds. Didn't ask many questions. Was prescribed wrong antibiotics (as told by other dr today) and am waiting for emergency operation in Montpellier. Could have all been avoided with proper care! Unbelievable!!

Found the visit good though for medical reasons not fun. Food was fine and all the staff very pleasant and helpful
