Bob & Liz F. — Google Maps 5/5

A really great spot to eat in the center of Carcassonne with outdoor seating on the beautiful and lively square. Good prices and even better food! Be sure to make a reservation- it fills up fast.

Visited on a Thursday evening in March. Had booked a table, but no need, it was very quiet. Service efficient and friendly. Décor and ambience good, apart from the music. Great central location on Place Carnot. Had a very nice cocktail to start, but that was the high spot. Given the effusive reviews we had read of the place, and which led us to try it, we were disappointed with the food. Portions were overly large and tasted bland, mains and desserts alike.

We visited twice, whilst on holiday. Excellent quality food and wine, ar a reasonable price. Most excellent service!
