Not a tourist gelato spot. Homeade ice cream and sweets shop with specialties like nougats and pâté des fruits. Violette is the local flavor. 🌷

We usually come for artisan ice cream everywhere we travel. This ice cream place in Collioure is really nice. The flavors are excellent and really seasonal. The can be packed in the summer but worth the wait. Highly recommended. (Ps we ate too fast for a proper picture. Sorry 😅)
