    A déconseiller ! Ils ont gardé ma montre pendant 20 jours. J'ai dû me rendre sur place, et là, ils m'ont dit qu'il fallait envoyer la montre chez Seiko (envoi à mes frais. Un peu mesquin !) A se demander pourquoi ils ont gardé ma montre si longtemps !

    Client depuis 10 ans, et que du positif à raconter pour cet établissement! Un personnel accueillant, souriant, à l'écoute, réactif, et très professionnel. Ma référence en termes de service et de qualité a Tournai. Chez Hernould, on nous "aiguille" magnifiquement bien! (j'étais obligé de faire cette plaisanterie, désolé) A recommander les yeux fermés!

    Je n'irai plus jamais. Mensonges (la bijouterie dit m'avoir téléphoné 3 fois) et irrespect du client.

    Accueil impeccable, personnel souriant et très efficace, produits variés et très intéressants... bien située sur la Grand-Place, parking super facile !!
