Just stopped by and almost got hit by someone trying to cut us off while it’s icy outside and the girls in the stand thought it would be funny to mock my fiancé and I for being irritated about it, WHILE WE CAN HEAR THEM. Disrespectful? Definitely. Professional? Absolutely not. The little blonde girl working the window then proceeded to tell her coworker who she was laughing about us to, to give the lady that almost HIT US, because she wanted to be first in line in the middle of winter, a free drink. It was extremely evident that that action was made out of spite of us. I will never come here again and I will make sure everyone I know knows not to come here as to avoid the unbelievable disrespect these people just allowed. Do better dutch.

Every time we go to spokane, my wife has to get a coffe from Dutch brothers. They have the best customer service and awesome quality of drinks and danishes. They people working there are always so nice and go above and beyond to take care of you. Thank dutch brothers. Happy wife, happy life. You guys are the best.

waited over 15 minutes for a drink. only one car in front of me, the lady at the window was talking to who i assume is one of her friends. had her phone out and kept showing the person in the car. waited a little longer and just left because i didnt want to be there all night. not impressed and definitely wont be coming back which is sad because this used to be my favorite dutch bros. if you want to talk to your friend by all means do so but dont make multiple cars wait in a line at 9:30 at night when you close at 10.

Although all the employees have always been amazing at this location Grant made my day a lil better today. I'm super tired my schedules been really hectic and I'm just not functioning right. He got me exactly what I wanted with no coffee no energy drinks but with a kick and on top of that when I asked to pay for mine and the girl who was at the window with me he said he got us both covered and it was just a kind gesture that made this mother's day weekend (which is very hard on me) much better. I was in kelso wa location Sunday afternoon, there were 4 teenagers working, the music was so loud I had to repeat my simple order 3x ( double shot espresso & cup of ice) the 4 teenagers were horseplaying the whole time. It was quite agitating because I know its not the usual standard of Dutch bros.

Super friendly folks, great coffee with some amazing flavor combinations, and, a always, a fun place to visit. I especially like how they'll come out to you in line and take your order.

I'm not a fan of bitter coffee, but if you are, this is a good place to go. They do accept walk ups, which is much faster than the drive thru

It's Dutch! We're not from Spokane, but have Dutch at home too. This one is not different than home, but great coffee! The people at Dutch are always amazing and happy.

Sometimes their rebel drinks can be great and refreshing, yet unfortunately this location is very inconsistent with the quality of their product. Once in a while it'll be like a jackpot, but do not expect to get the same again. They can be friendly, yet not very professional. They have their music very loud and them appears to be a lot of goofing off (laughing and yelling) in the background. Do not get Dutch Bros through the delivery apps. The options are very limited, come wrong, and/or come very melted (aside from delivery time). The parking lot that is located in is annoying and can be difficult to get in and out of depending on how busy the day is. Sometimes cars will try to cut in line from the other entrance.

Nothing special. Felt more like a conveyor belt - just trying to move onto the next person. If I'm spending my hard earned money, I deserve better service than they provided.

Friendly & efficient Baristas, fast service with massive drink varieties. A little spendy but well worth it! They have Irish cream!

I know it’s expected that you are kind to the customers but I have never had such a sweet, selfless interaction with an employee anywhere. Thank you SO much! Give the girl a raise!!!

Went to this Dutch Bros with my friend yesterday and ordered our coffee. Total came to something like $17.36, but I only had $17 cash on me. Bro was perfectly content to fish the rest out of the tip jar to cover it. (I couldn't let that stand, so I busted out a card to tip $2, but I should have tipped more.) Coffee was great, service was even better.

Amazing people, aways so nice and helpful. I love when they come out with new drinks, there amazing and different in so many ways. Definitely recommend coming here. My go to coffee place!

I love going there in the morning. The girls are friendly even though it is early in the morning. As a bonus they always have the best music playing.

I have said it once and I will say it again I have never been to a Dutch Bros that was not good. This location the staff is super friendly, they make the drinks correctly I almost gave it 4 stars for how the drive up window is but I could not.

I’ve been in Spokane for over a year and finally decided to try out this chain. When I told one of the staff it was my first time visiting and first time getting a Nitro Cold Brew, he was legitimately so excited that he gave it to me for free. Just a super sweet interaction!

Always enjoy when i get to stop in here and get myself a drink. They are always nice and kind and the drinks are tasty! I don't know if its this particular location but i do have to plan ahead if i want to stop for a drink as its normally a 10-15minute line/wait but i don't mind. I almost always get either a rasberry or strawberry black iced tea with soft top (its so good i promise haha drink it fast or drink it slow it tastes good either way) or a blended carmalizer. Both are reasonable and comparable price wise to other locations and im not sure how many people leave comments on the lids but i personally freaking love the lids here. No straws necessary for drinks and thats a nice change of pace! I know they have an app too which im sure would make ordering and points etc even better but i personally dont have it as all the dutch bros in spokane are out of my way currently.

I absolutely love my Dutch bro girls and they are always happy to make my drink perfect everytime wont go no where else!! Granola bars are a blessing they are the best I have ever had!! Started my collection of mugs and they are also amazing!

I hardly ever go because of the line which isn't there fault but when I do they make my favorite cappuccino. A place that finally gets not using too much sugar.

Long wait for service. Coffee was scolding hot. Could not even hold the cup. Kind of scared about being burned if car hit a bump or whatever. Once cooled off, my latte was creamy and flavored nice.
