Worst Maccas I have seen in my life, there's staff member jayden Don't know his role is for manager or what, But his communication towards customers is soo rude, No respect how to talk with customers and always handed a wrong order . Giving 0 Star but i Don't have option for 0 star but i giving one star as a Zero , Just because of jayden Service . Never Recommand to anyone .

Worst McDonald's order at drive-thru ever! Ordered 2 Bbq Bacon Angus meals add lettuce and tomato, had to ask for the lettuce and tomato for a burger as one was missing the extras asked for and nearly having managers refusal. Got home to find one burger missing bbq sauce and cheese and both burgers missing Bacon! Had 7 pickles slapped on one burger and enough lettuce to feed the 3 cars behind. Won't be going back to this McDonald's again, very disappointed with the $50 order for the family. See photos attached..

Unfortunately there has been a few incidents where I have received food that’s pretty much rotten and it smells like a road kill. I keep getting the wrong I order! I just got home from buying a BBQ Bacon Angus large meal and some other stuff on the side ($30) I got home and checked and There is a double cheese burger with a piece of bacon on it and the Patties are old and they smell rotten! Management needs to do an inspection of their staff because this is becoming a very occurring thing and this is stealing and ripping people off.

There was a heated fly in the burger and no any apology from the manager and any staff.

Have ordered through Uber eats to find not all orders has been delivered. I had to go to MacDonalds to collect missing items. Walked in and staff were messing around and not paying attention to orders coming in.

Dropped my chips down beside my car seat and can't find a couple so car smells like Maccas chips. Not complaining but I do mourn the lost chips.

First time visiting this McDonald's, it is a very nice clean store, easy ordering, lots of parking, easy to get in and out of, food was delicious, will be popping back again. The staff are very nice and was a great pleasure. Thank you again.

Young girl in McCafé has no idea on what she was doing. Very nervous. Ordered 2 x ham/cheese toasted sandwiches and 2 x ham/cheese and tomato toasted sandwiches. All we got was 4 cheese sandwiches. Bit late to return after your back on the highway. Order before us was also mucked up twice. Maybe a bit more training before you put them in the McCafé by themselves.

I got no frappe and no apple pies. I used a cab which costed $80.00 to go thru the drive thru. Horrible customer service.

Ragan/ regan in the drive through on the 13th at around 12:30pm was an absolute jem had such a friendly personality and cracked a few jokes that had me rolling never felt more appreciated by a McDonald’s worker honestly one of the best memories ever

Really clean, the staff are great. Awesome toys for the kids, I will be going back.

For a fast food place it is ok only I won't use there computer to order food and a lot of other people won't either we order through the coffee shop we want to talk to a person not a machine so from what I am hearing from other people in our neighbourhood they have lost a lot of older customers

Take your money elsewhere haha. Worst customer service, you can't use the toilets because apparently they get damaged to much even as an adult they will not give you the keys, but they are more then happy for you to take leak in their carpark while you wait near 20 minutes for your food to only arrive home and realise your missing half of it. But they had more then enough time to muck about entertaining staff not on duty and fulfilling there orders before yours. If your the owner of thus store, I'd be more then happy to have a conversation with you in regards to thus matter as when I approached one of your mangers on shift I got a less then adequate response from herself.

I’ve been here 4 times over 6 months, has never had vanilla ice cream machine working. I rely on this establishment to satisfy my cravings for vanilla hot fudge sundays. Every time I have to settle for the disappointing chocolate ice cream. Staff are nice.

I was dissatisfied by the customer service that was provided by a young boy by the name of Ben Louizue. He kept winking and licking his lips at my 12 year old daughter. He then proceeded to beg for her “snap” and it made us feel very uncomfortable. Definitely was not appropriate at all.

Got half a box of large chips that were cold and the rest of the food minus the burger was as well. Could have been because I popped in just before close but I would have rather have been told in that case.
