    This Nando’s keeps getting worse and worse. First thing we noticed was how many uncleared tables there were and how much food was on the floor!! Disgusting. No option to order food at the counter anymore and staff were extremely rude when trying to (no signs to say otherwise. Due to allergies I prefer to ask questions and order direct since apps don’t have the detail required. Also not everyone like ordering online - I know my parents will never come back here because of this). Once the food came out the chicken was over cooked, crispy and dry. No amount of sauce slathered over the top could cover that up. No longer do tap water as well which is despicable. Might need to look into this one as pretty sure that’s illegal at licensed venues. This place is getting worse and worse. We used to come here more than once a week and now you’d be lucky to find us here bi annually. There is less options and the quality seems to be getting worse as the prices rise. At least in the past the quality of the food matched the price, now we might as well eat at a nice restaurant for the same cost and better atmosphere and food. Disgusting service, restaurant and food. Would rate less than one if possible.

    I ordered avogodnees with grain roll. It was disappointed. Chicken and bread weren’t fresh. I asked the manager. She said that’s fresh and crunchy. Clearly it wasn’t as the chicken was brown on the edge and the bread was stale. We never eat Nandos there again.

    The food is always delicious and service is quite fast. The restaurant is very funky but the music is always a bit too loud! Staff are great and keep the restaurant very clean with plates cleared and tables wiped down regularly. A really nice place to enjoy a meal.

    This store is now 100% online. Have to create an account when you sit at a table to order online. Have to pay online and give alot of personal info just to have them walk 5meters and deliver it to you. Long wait, if to many people there the system loses your order and is a waste of time. Good for takeaway just not dine in. Won't be back until they change it.

    was a 5 star but now you can no longer pay at the counter you use an app...that needs email and mobile I guess so they can mine your info. also they no longer provide table water even though they are licenced...yep won't be coming here very often anymore.

    They don't accept cash nor will they allow you to buy at the counter instead forcing you to order via QR code on the table, which means if you happen to be dining without your smart phone then you are out of luck. On top of this the staff are often slow (in the head) and routinely mess up the order. I used to frequent this place however now I avoid it which is a shame as the food is good.

    bring your own water or they could let u die without paying for a bottle. Is it legal knowing u guys serve alcohol too? One of the worst service ive got, the staff needs to be changed URGENTLY. U have good restaurant next to this place if you want :)

    When we walked in the music was blaring. We sat down after being told what to do. About 4 minutes later we all got up to go because we couldn't hear ourselves over the music. Asked why are we leaving so we told them. They turned it down a little but we said it was still loud. So they turned it down lower. Could not fault the food but was disappointed with the service.

    I went to Nandos today for a takeaway dinner and was extremely disappointed at the staff working there. I ordered online initially, which i was told that it didnt go through and when i approached one of the team members to ask her if she could just serve me at the counter instead, she rudely refused and told me that it was apparently "easier" to do it online. So I waited for someone else to serve me at the counter so i could use my discount. The second lady that served me initially gave me the wrong discount even when i showed her my id card, in which i had to correct her for me to pay the right amount. After finally receiving my food about half an hour after my second time ordering, i went home and realised that they forgot to include some of my food. Therefore, i had to drive all the way back to the store to complain to them about the inconvenience they had caused me, in which i was confronted by an ignorant team member who slid my missing food towards me and walked away. To this, i explicitly told the man working there that they had to do better in terms of their service and he just shrugged and ungenuinely apologised to me by saying "it was our bad". I EXPECT BETTER in terms of customer service. Firstly, to be helpful and also to be understanding of the inconvenience the staff had caused from multiple mistakes.

    Below average food quality. Veggie patty was half frozen and lacked flavour. Added pineapple but there was no pineapple added to the burger. Not impressed as I paid an extra $2 for it. Peri peri chips were good, love the seasoning.

    My review has now been revisited to a 2 star from a 5. The restaurant was dirty with food everywhere, plenty of tables not cleared...food average at best with crazy price increases with no quality increase and above all no water? At all? Which I believe to be illegal to not serve tap water or.any table water. If not illegal its shunted. Couldn't believe it that they don't offer any table water at all. And you have to order on the app... not at the till...despite having a till there. Atrocious Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    The worst ever experience will not go back this is my numerous attempt each has been a triable experience but my grandson likes it so I give it another go. After tonight's experience will never step foot in there again. Take away order sat for over 20 minuets while waiting for one last item. Ordered at 6.40pm finally got COMPLETE order at 7.22pm live 3 minuets away food cold except for one item. Staff look miserable no interaction with customers at all. Sad story for Townsville as I like to support businesses. Would make the star negative if I could...

    I don't know what to even say. Two wait staff walking around with tables covered in plates, avoiding eye contact from half the restaurant waiting over 50 mins for their meal. The cooking staff not touching anything and continuing a conversation. There are no uber deliveries rushing out the door, the business was a third full, every single table indurated at the speed and the incompetent of the staff. I don't know what the hell happened to this place. Will never return - getting a refund now as it's just taken an hour for half a chicken.

    First time back at Nando’s after restrictions. Food and service subpar. Very surprised to see one can only order from the table. Took 20 minutes to successfully order from the table. So frustrating! The girl at the door spoke so fast we couldn’t understand her but it was really only to tell us we could sit anywhere !! She then looked with disdain at people who couldn’t order from their tables. She obviously doesn’t realize she’s only JUST still got a job!! A robot will soon take that if Nando’s continues down this merry way. Really didn’t enjoy ourselves at all.

    Nandos can be hit and miss, this one was a big miss. Waited 30+ minutes for our food when there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Food sat at the counter for a few minutes before we got up and fetched it ourselves. Food was delicious and food perfectly, the only reason for the 3 stars.

    Ordered some takeaway on a Sunday night and received some mixed emotions food. They didn't quite have exactly what I ordered, so they called me and swapped out for something else. The order took an extra 20 minutes, which left half of the order cold. I am sure it would have tasted good if it was still warm. My previous experiences have been so good here, so I'm sure this occasion was just a one-off. Will be back to give this place a better review, which it deserves

    I ordered the salad and the portion didn't fill the box it came in. The chicken was nearing the cold side along with the chips. The meal still tasted fine but gave this location the benefit of the doubt when I saw it's ratings prior to ordering. Location and parking is great! The experience may have been better if I dined in.

    Food was really nice, but the service was terrible. Staff member really did not want to be there or provide any level if service. It felt like we were an pain.

    Music was too loud and aircon set too cold. I ordered a soft bun and got a the crusty one. I ordered sweet potato fries and he didn’t put it on my order, instead put two cheese garlic pitas when I asked for one. Not happy I had to pay for an additional item and didn’t get the one I ordered. The staff was rude showing me the docket and telling me to walk to the till to buy sweet potato fries if I wanted them. She also didn’t accept or acknowledge that the pita order was incorrect. Not a good night, wish I went to gettaburger like I planned.

    Good food. The nandos sauce is great. Average customer service. Good clean restaurant. Haloumi sticks were a disappointment, limp, and small portion.

    Tucked away in a corner next to Otto's, the only gripe is the very limited parking space around. Not the restaurants fault, but certainly can be a factor of dining out. Ordering was easy through the app at the table.
