I
went
to
Nandos
today
for
a
takeaway
dinner
and
was
extremely
disappointed
at
the
staff
working
there.
I
ordered
online
initially,
which
i
was
told
that
it
didnt
go
through
and
when
i
approached
one
of
the
team
members
to
ask
her
if
she
could
just
serve
me
at
the
counter
instead,
she
rudely
refused
and
told
me
that
it
was
apparently
"easier"
to
do
it
online.
So
I
waited
for
someone
else
to
serve
me
at
the
counter
so
i
could
use
my
discount.
The
second
lady
that
served
me
initially
gave
me
the
wrong
discount
even
when
i
showed
her
my
id
card,
in
which
i
had
to
correct
her
for
me
to
pay
the
right
amount.
After
finally
receiving
my
food
about
half
an
hour
after
my
second
time
ordering,
i
went
home
and
realised
that
they
forgot
to
include
some
of
my
food.
Therefore,
i
had
to
drive
all
the
way
back
to
the
store
to
complain
to
them
about
the
inconvenience
they
had
caused
me,
in
which
i
was
confronted
by
an
ignorant
team
member
who
slid
my
missing
food
towards
me
and
walked
away.
To
this,
i
explicitly
told
the
man
working
there
that
they
had
to
do
better
in
terms
of
their
service
and
he
just
shrugged
and
ungenuinely
apologised
to
me
by
saying
"it
was
our
bad".
I
EXPECT
BETTER
in
terms
of
customer
service.
Firstly,
to
be
helpful
and
also
to
be
understanding
of
the
inconvenience
the
staff
had
caused
from
multiple
mistakes.
