Come
for
the
martial
arts
training,
stay
for
the
most
supportive
room
of
people
you've
ever
known,
leave
a
better
person
mentally
and
physically.
I've
always
been
interested
in
martial
arts,
being
Thai
and
having
an
uncle
that
fought
Muay
Thai.
It
took
me
clicking
on
the
courage
website
probably
50
times
over
the
course
of
a
couple
of
years
for
me
to
finally
find
the
time
and
the
courage
to
actually
book
in
for
a
trial
class.
Turns
out
it
was
the
best
decision
I've
made
for
myself
in
a
very
long
time.
From
a
martial
arts/coaching
aspect,
Coach
Ian,
Joe,
Jack
and
Steve
are
all
masters
of
their
crafts
and
have
an
immense
amount
of
knowledge
to
pass
on.
I've
yet
to
see
someone
come
up
with
a
martial
arts
problem
or
a
strength
and
conditioning
problem
that
they
couldn't
solve.
Being
a
competitive
fight
gym
you
can
be
sure
the
techniques
you're
learning
are
pressure
tested
and
proven
to
work
in
the
toughest
arenas.
Of
even
more
importance
for
me,
having
now
trained
at
courage
for
almost
6
months
are
the
relationships
you
build
as
part
of
team
courage.
Everyone
from
the
coaches
to
the
competitive
fighters
to
the
casual
MMA/fitness
enthusiast
that
trains
has
been
so
welcoming
and
supportive
from
day
1.
Everyone
is
genuinely
invested
in
seeing
each
other
grow,
improve
and
better
themselves
each
day.
Its
truly
an
atmosphere
that
has
to
be
felt
to
be
believed
and
is
a
true
credit
the
man
that
Coach
Ian
is
that
he's
created
an
environment
where
people
are
punching
and
choking
each
other,
pushing
each
other
to
the
limit
but
at
the
same
time
a
fun
and
enjoyable
place
to
be.
I've
never
left
a
training
session
without
a
smile
on
my
face
(even
if
the
smile
is
a
little
bloody).
I
can
honestly
say
I've
achieved
more
than
I
thought
possible
in
my
short
time
here,
picking
up
new
skills
and
techniques,
getting
fitter,
even
pushing
myself
to
do
a
Jiu-Jitsu
competition
and
doing
quite
well
which
I
never
thought
was
possible.
I
can't
recommend
Courage
Training
Centre
enough
to
not
only
martial
arts
and
fitness
enthusiasts
but
to
absolutely
everyone.
The
skills
and
traits
you
develop
apply
to
life
in
general
not
just
fighting.
Everyone
can
benefit
from
being
part
of
this
team.
See
you
on
the
mats!
