    The store manager at this location has the worst attitude. She is not at all customer friendly and her nasty attitude hinders her sales associates from providing a great customer experience. The negative energy transfer can be felt as soon as she opens her mouth to say anything even when she is not being addressed. It’s sad because I’ve had some decent experiences with the sales associates there but anytime she is on the sales floor my experience has been negative. It’s even more unfortunate that the wait to get into the store is always incredibly long only to finally get in and be greeted with her negative energy and impatience. Some customer service training would definitely be beneficial to her.

    My son got me a new charm for my bracelet for Mother’s Day early.🥰 It’s called Mother’s Rose 🌹 it’s a 2 part heart that says First my Mother / Forever my friend . My sales associate Tyshira was the greatest. A very pleasant , helpful and mostly respectful young lady. The selection was great and all the staff was professional . I got my bracelet there as a Birthday gift last March, I was extremely happy then too.

    Nice experience. Staff was helpful and great. Not too busy. Bigger location and not as crowded. Hard to find.., store was not at location on mall directory. Moved to 2nd Floor.

    Was going to bring a couple of charms to my GF in California tomorrow.. Walked in was greeted friendly enough, apologized for having a drink with me and said I'd like to look at some charms.. Got an uh huh and walked away from.. Went right to her phone... I walked out.. I'll get them there, in a state where believe it or not people have way better attitudes.

    Worse customer service ever had . I guess the manager short light skin lady was so rude and having a neglected attitude which make me ask her , do you have any problem with me . Dissatisfied from this location.

    The Towson Mall location is the worst Pandora location I have ever been to. The line is beyond what is reasonable and the many employees in the store spend more time chit chatting with each other than helping move customers along. I spoke to one of the regional supervisors who asked me if they have anyone asking people in line if they know what they want so they can make their quick purchases while in line and have the item brought to them, but this has never happened before. Two hours is too long to spend in any line. This store seems to not have oversight to hold them accountable, or the company just does not care. It is very frustrating.

    Terrible. My daughter and I walked into the store on the evening of July,25th. There were 3 employees standing around the counter talking to each other. We walked around the whole store, and not once did anyone look up acknowledge us. No hello, no can I help you, nothing. That’s a shame.

    I purchase a online item from this store for pick up at the store ,never received a email to let me know that my item was ready for pick up. Now it's 2 days later still no email ,so i call store No answer Calling the store since the day I purchase no one answers the phone 2 days no 1 answering a phone. No email or phone customer service. Whoever the manager is that running this store needs a new job..

    So what time does it open on December 23rd because my curbside order wasn't ready after the recommended 4 hour wait time. The reply from the associate was we open between 9am and 10am 🤣🤣 She actually wasn't helping anyone until another customer motivated her too. My aunt better be grateful because I don't wear this stuff and the customer service is hilarious. Smh.

    Placed an order online and never received an email or call saying it was ready for pickup… called someone right before they closed to ask if I could just pick the order up tomorrow and was just left on hold purposely.

    Sales associate stole my gift w/purchase. No help from store MGR or customer service after multiple attempts. Horrible communication, even though everyone I spoke with agreed I should have the bracelet, not one person made it happen for me. This was a Christmas gift, definitely not spending my money here Ever again.

    The jewelry is very nice. The problem is with customer service. Too many customers for too few salespeople. Waited a very long time at least an hour to get service.

    They were so rude and unhelpful after I got my ring and wore it for one time literally two hours the dimonds on it fell and I waited for a while to even get help and when I got help they told me it was after 30 days form when I bought it and and I had to wait 3 months for them to get this ring back in stock I came and left with no benefits waste of my time

    Horrible customer service. The young lady Chanaiya who helped me wasn’t welcoming at all, she acted like i was bothering her. The other girls were just standing around staring and whispering. I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning to this location.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in and I was finally acknowledged 15 minutes later. The customer service rep acted like I was bothering her. When I told her about her nasty attitude, she got sassy and had another rep assist me instead. I will not be returning to this location. If you don’t want to treat paying customers nicely then find another job!

    This store has the worst customer service! The young lady who I spoke with was disrespectful, unprofessional and lacked customer service. She was rude from the very first sentence out of her mouth. I will never shop at this location again and I encourage others to follow suit. It's a shame that a customer has to write a review like this after attempting to spend their hard earned money.
