My absolute favorite jewler in Baltimore County!! I had a ring custom made from diamonds taken out of my mother's old engagement ring. The ring Ian and I came up with was a one of a kind beauty. The new center diamond is the brightest thing in a room. My mother was so happy with the ring, she immediately asked us to make matching earrings! Lol we're truly happy to work with such wonderful jewlers who appreciate their craft. It shows in the details. It's been a pleasure.

Boris - The much needed Watch repair man!!! Very recently I was at Kaylah Diamonds & Jewelry to fix 8 of our wrist watches. Kaylah Diamonds & Jewelry is located right on the main street (Reisterstown Road). The store is big and clean with plenty of jewelry to shop for. There is plenty of free parking at the back of the store. You will have to walk through a narrow alley to get to the front door. Limited paid parking is available in front of the store. I had called up Boris ahead of time that day and arrived at the jewelers ahead of promised time. All of the watches were analog type. He was able to fix 4 of the watches right away (Elite, Seiko, Sonata, Timex) by just replacing the battery, the other 4 would need to be either disassembled and fixed (Casio, Citizen Chronograph, STUHRLING & Timex) and or the type of battery on the chronograph was unavailable at the store and had to be ordered. Final cost of repairs were provided while I was at the store the very first time. The cost of repair seemed reasonable. I was told it may take up to 2 weeks and I was told to wait for a call from Boris. Surprisingly, Boris called me a week later on a Sunday and informed me he was able to fix 3 of the 4 watches, the one that could not be fixed was a 20 year old Timex watch which will need to be fixed during my trip to India. All In all I am very happy with the service and with Boris. I would recommend Boris for all your watch repairs.

Ian is awesome. His design for my daughter’s sweet 16 ring was perfect. My daughter was ecstatic. He modeled the ring to look exactly like my grandmother’s 1945 engagement ring.

My fiance worked with Kaylah's to design the most beautiful ring! It's completely custom made, with diamonds from both of our grandmothers' rings and two beautiful pink sapphires. Absolutely gorgeous! He told me how accommodating and creative they there in helping him design the perfect engagement ring. I love it! I want to thank Mr. Ian Saunders of Kaylah Diamonds for his work on my recent custom order. I had the idea to create a piece using my children's birthstones, but was not quite sure of the other details. Ian Saunders, the store manager and jewelry designer, came recommended to us by a friend whose son bought an engagement ring from him. He was very responsive and sought out stones for our specifications and gave us a fair price. We ultimately wound up purchasing somewhere else but I plan to use him for other purchases. He's simply great to work with.

I know nothing about jewelry, and when we went to another dealer to sell our deceased mother's jewelry, I got a vague uncomfortable feeling from the manager there, as he sorted the jewelry into diamonds, gold, silver, pearls and costume, and we left. We then tried Kayla. Brian Minkin took a silvery-looking ring from the silver pile made by the manager of the other store, said, "This isn't silver, this is white gold!" and gave us almost 20x the value that the other store would have given us. We never would have known. On that alone, I was convinced to give Kayla our business. These people are so honest, and so professional, answering all our questions in a pleasant way - it's a delight to work with them!

During the drawn down from Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Before we left I drawn to have a forever tattoo. In 2019 I thought its time to make a charm. I had to go four times to a lower Jeweler and still not satisfied. I walked in Kaylah and they treated with accommodation. We sat and talked designed together. Finally from 1991 to 2019 and I am finally satisfied. I will use Kaylan from now on.

I've come here several times to buy jewelry for my wife. The people here are always helpful and super nice. Even when I get things wrong, they let us come back so my wife can pick something she actually likes. They have an amazing selection. They also keep their website up to date. I was able to find something on their website, then come in and pick it up. I've been to many places where this isn't the case, so it was really appreciated. They also offer an amazing perk during the month of your anniversary. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for jewelry.
