Hello my name is Erin, my sister diamond bought a bracelet for my brother in law and she expressed how terrible her experience was. I am disgusted by the way they treated her. I regret recommending her get the bracelet from here but sadly neither of us will ever be back. 0/10

The store manager, Michelle and the other rep., Joan were extremely helpful and pleasant in assisting me with finding the perfect ring for my upcoming proposal. I could not have been happier. Went in expecting to spend a lot at once, walked out with a Zales card and no upfront payment and no interest for a year. And to top it off, the ring ended up being much less than I was expecting to pay for the particular ring I wanted. Hats off to Michelle and Joan! I am surely going to recommend their services.

June is so wonderful. For anyone who visits...please see her. Shes so friendly and welcoming..that any time my husband or myself purchases anything, we will most def see her. Tysm miss june. You are wonderful.

I always receive quality customer service at this location. We went to get my daughter's ring cleaned and diamond replaced. I also made a purchase. There was a line and a little wait but there were only 2 employees.

Sales rep was quick to receive me and address my reason for the visit, which was an inspection of my rings. That was done rapidly, but when asked to have another ring cleaned, he responded in the negative. The reason given was that due to the pandemic, that service was not being offered.

Hello My Name Is Diamond, So Let Me Walk You Guys Through The Most Terrible Experience. First Let Me Explain That This Was Only A Appreciation Gift For My Lover , Nothing Over The Top No Birthday. I Took My Lover To Dinner Presented Him With This Bracelet In A Really Beautiful Setting. I Applied The Bracelet To His Wrist And He Was Super Excited.As Soon As I Was About To Take A Picture His Bracelet Fall Off We Noticed It Was Broke So Us Not Being Problematic We Put The Bracelet Back Together On Our Own. We Than Car Driving Home In The Middle Of Hime Saying How Much He Appreciate Me & Can’t Believe I Went All Out The Bracelet falls Off A Second Time. Here & Now We Noticed It’s Broken In Two Areas. We Still Didn’t Get Upset Because I Been Doing Business With Zales Since I Was About 18 My First Watch Came From Them. I Than Took The Bracelet Back To The Store And Even Said Do You All Have A Different Option I’ll Add Money If I Have To That’s Not A Problem. The Woman Who Help Me At This Time Said No It’s Okay We Will Order You All Another Bracelet From A Different Store Which Was White Marsh So It Was Not Coming From A Far Place I Had No Problem With Waiting She Said It Will Be Here Friday That Was On Wednesday, Friday Comes I Go To Zales , When I First Walk In I Said GoodMorning To Both Associates That Was There , I Am Such A Bubbly Person. I First Off Was Not Greeted , The One Lady Michelle Was Busy Doing Something Looking Never My Way But Telling the Guy To Go Look In The Back In The Boxes , Instead He Took My Receipt Went Over To The CPU Look Up Something And Said No I DONT See Anything . okay Than He Walk Over To The Next CPU I’m guessing To Be Sure , Michelle States Again Look In The Back Still Not Looking Up , I’m Trying To Lighting The Mood I’m Like “Let’s Cross Our Fingers” she still didn’t look up to laugh or anything i said okay maybe a bad morning and she’s really not in the mood after the guy checked both CPUs he than went to the back came out with two boxes a couple walked in there , the couple said we are here to pick up something he sat the boxes down to see what it was they wanted and tried to do both at the same time. Finally open the box and say yes it’s here and I’m Michelle says give it here I’ll do this while you do that pushing him to the couple but was so rude talking to him , so wrong that’s not how you talk to ppl especially if you are working with them , Michelle than box everything i call my lover tell him okay I’m ready we get to the car i put his bracelet on him he says baby it fit so big i say Sweetpea that’s a small problem take it in there before we leave and have them size you and fix the size. Okay so he took it in the store come back with a face as if he was about to cry. I say why’s wrong what happened he says them ppl was so rude to me and explained what happened, i have a sweet man he causes no problems he don’t even raise his voice. I say hand me the bracelet i got back in the store can i please tell you guys that Michelle Manger Have to be the worst character i have ever met who’s in a business that someone is buying expensive items after all i been through she tells me oh it’s gonna be 4 weeks or so you want the money back 😳🤭, i said you know what do not worry. I promise i will not be doing business with you guys again, and just walked off as i cried . RK JEWELRY would have NEVER treated me like this especially Not TIFFANY. I’m such a regular customer for myself to both , this have really sadden me i am disappointed and all because i just wanted to save money to show my lover boy i appreciate him 🥺😞. For any & everyone whom go here i suggest to just try others before having to deal with such problems this wasn’t fair not for a person as patient as i am.

We went in to do a ring repair (resizing), and the shop told us they needed to send it out to a vendor for estimates on price and date of completion. I left the ring with Zales and didn't hear back for a couple of weeks. I had to call back to the store several times since it was radio silence after the initial call. I talked to 5 different Zales associates after that, who all kept asking me to approve the same estimate for the repair, again and again. Each person kept telling me they didn't have record of me giving permission for the estimate, which I provided every time and every Zales associate kept reassuring me they updated the notes with my permission. They never apologized for the miscommunication and the delayed communication to me. I was the one to keep following up with them. The saving grace for this experience is that the vendor did a fabulous job with resizing the ring, albeit, a little pricey.

I normally shop at Kay Jewelers, but since they are sister companies and I needed to hit a few other places in the mall I came here to check them out. The staff were really helpful and friendly and I appreciated that. They helped me find what I was looking for, made suggestions and overall made my visit there a good experience.

Jade and Kenyoda, provided excellent service. Quick to greet me, and it was friendly and welcoming. They made my experience here at sales wonderful, and were very acknowledgeable to my needs!
