    This particular Best Buy store was quite disorganized, making it challenging to locate the items you needed. Additionally, when you sought assistance, the customer service staff didn't appear particularly eager to help customers.

    Cathy at customer service was great. They have Mario All Stars 3D in stock. Tons of copies. 🥳 Funny & friendly. This location is massive. So many TVs. They even have a TV viewing rooms 🤟🏾 I recommend Best Buy for any tech shopping.

    This store should close. It is an unorganized lazy mess. I went in last week to buy a 50" TV and walked out. The TVs on sale aren't displayed so they can't be looked at before buying. HOW STUPID is that?Who buys a TV without looking at the pic quality? I KNOW I don't and won't. The person WHO TRIED TO HELP didn't know anything about any of the TV's. I ended up spending 800 bucks at Costco for the TV. I think I am done with Best Buy.

    I have never been refused service before in my life. I have had rude employees, I have had employees ignore me but when I ask for help, they eventually do help, but never in my life has an employee told me to my face that they don't want to help me and to come back some other time. First time happened today at this location. I stood there looking at the cashier for a moment because I thought it might be a joke, until the other cashier told me to go away too. I think it's funny that they think I will come back. Why would I ever go back to a place who could help me, but didn't want to so they tell me to come back some other time?

    Love this Best Buy store, the workers are friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Huge store, they have great deals going. Thank you for the hard work.

    I like this Best Buy location, because of. the Geek Squad. They are always so helpful. I can't say too much for the salesperson in Tech department. I guess he didn't want to make a sale today. I was ready to purchase a brand new HP laptop on the spot. I was never approached after being there over 5 minutes looking at the different laptops. I guess he was taking the day off at work!! Well, that's the store loss!!

    Best Buy in Tracy is one of the better stores that we have. I just went on Christmas Eve and was still able to get an electronic item on a wish list that generally is sold out everywhere else.

    Lack of customer care or concern. Minimal effort from floor employees. Walk by with minimal energy. Not that I needed help. I asked a few questions, yet seemed like I was interrupting the staff headset chat fun. Body language from the staff was like "DGF". I found the Hi-fi listening room to be decent. Better than other local Best Buy stores. I predict this location to fold. I was out looking to hear new speakers for the home audio. The particular young kid was more concerned about his personal screentime than trying to help anyone that perused the floor.

    Had a fantastic experience at Best Buy! The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Sammy. Their knowledge of products and patience in addressing our queries was truly commendable. Will definitely be returning and recommend to others. Kudos to Sammy for making my shopping experience memorable!

    Any electronic product I purchased from Best Buy was great! However, be sure to research the product tou want before you buy. Customer service sucks! They wouldn't provide product information. Attitude was "I'm busy. What do you need" approach.

    Typical best buy, I had time to pass and wanted to see the new iphones and walk the store. Installed every department and no one asked if I needed help (which is my preference) so if you visit might want to seek out someone if you need help. Plenty of selection for most things you need. I saw quite a bit of open box sale items, notably Marshall brand speakers.

    Amazing place! Not too busy and the staff are very helpful. I tried to get financed for a few items but I had an expired license and I didnt even know it. they still did everything in their power to help me get what I came to get for a good price 🙏 wish I could give them more stars

    Would not recommend coming to this Best Buy location. I wanted to buy my sister the new iPhone as an early Christmas gift and the unpleasant lady working in the cell phone section wouldn’t sell it to me. She told me that she needs to be here in person so she can activate the esim and sell it. I told her I’m not financing it and paying full cash and she still refused. Why do you care so much. If I’m buying it outright it’s my problem what I should do with it. She was clearly lying because I bought myself a phone a few weeks ago and I activated it myself at home! I would give 0 stars if I could!

    Very unprofessional staff. Had an iPad for pickup with the trade in. Came in the store 30minutes before closing. Not a rush hour at all, I went to the pick up counter in 2-3 minutes. They made me wait for 20 minutes and then told that it’s too late in the day to do a trade in. Because if something goes wrong I will have to come back again tomorrow. 🤷🏻‍♂️ why this didn’t occur to the staff when the started working on my order earlier? And yes there was no apology.

    I love best buy but geek squad and their customer services suck They seem to mever want to help you and if they do they make you feel like just a transaction and not value your business. No eye contact no genuine thank you or i can help you. They make it seem as your reason there is the worst.

    I came for a hard drive for my Xbox and it was pretty easy I picked it up really quick n got out of there. The day before me n my friend came in for an iPad and they did not have it in stock so the employee told us to go to the Best Buy of Stockton and that we’ll be able to find it there, based on her words we went n they didn’t have it lol other than that this place is ok

    The location of Modesto always has so many knowledgeable and friendly people. You've got to go out and support your local brick and mortar. Without places like these, we're pretty much handing the future of shopping over to the internet. And while this may not be considered, mom and pop. All retail these days are threatened by internet shopping

    My wife and I visited to look for a table for our TV. They only had a few different models but we were there probably for about 25 to 30 minutes and not once did any employee come up to us and ask us if they could help us.

    Fantastic store - seemed understaffed at first but as soon as I asked for help, I got plenty of it. Sammy was superb and helped me every step of the way, and made sure I got the correct information.

    Best Buy at Tracy is just great like any other best buy in other cities. I recently purchased many big appliances for my new home and the staff here was great to help and answer any questions.
