My 1st experience here as I'm visiting family in Mountain House. I ordered the double double, mustard-grilled and Animal-Style fries well done and I was not disappointed. Fries were crispy, burger looked picture-perfect and they even have touchless soda dispensers now. 5/5 would go again next time I visit!

Always consistent here. Friendly service and clean inside. Menu is always the same so you know what you're getting, no surprises! Adding animal style to any of the burgers is a must at it gives it that extra flavor!

Best fast food burger you'll ever have. Toasted bun and nice thin burger pattie. Not light handed when it comes to the toppings, and even though it was quite busy, we got our meal within at least 10 minutes of being there.

Congratulations In-N-Out Burger, because you serve the best burgers I have ever tasted in my life! Last time I came here was back in the summer of 2018. I really miss the food here! I live in Canada & have been dreaming of eating that "Double-Double Burger"! Every burger I have tasted was nowhere close to what I had eaten in In-N-Out. The staff were kind, the restaurant was clean, and the food was the best thing about it! Keep up the good work! I'm definitely coming back here again!

Classic In-N-Out that never disappoints! My favorite are protein style cheese burger + animal style fries!!! Occasionally, we will get their milkshake too! Fast and friendly service!!! Delicious burgers and fries!!! Our family is a regular customer here! One thing I would like to call out is that at this location, the staff are very nice and considerate! They saw our baby in the backseat (when we were at the drive-through) and gave him a sticker to play!!! Really appreciated it!!! This is called AWESOME customer service!!!

Drive thru very busy it can be faster to go inside. Food delicious and service was very professional. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because of how busy it was, which just goes to show how amazing the burgers are. I ordered a 4x4 animal protein style with animal style fries and a strawberry shake.

Prime example of how you should run a fast food restaurant! - super clean - well organized - all staff, presentable and with a great attitude - there was more than 8 workers there, all in task and getting the orders out as fast as possible. - food was delicious "AS ALWAYS " Overall, great experience. Will comeback here every possible time.

In & out is great alway on point and don’t get discouraged when you see the long car line there’s always about ten people inside working there butts off it goes quickly. This meal was a #1 animal style double double cheeseburger and animal style fries and Dr Pepper to drink was 11 bucks and some change

I stopped here before work to get an animal fries. I was amazed the line was so short, so I proceed and this polite young man takes my order. Then, I misplaced my ten dollar bill. This gentleman was so kind and pulled a 5.00 out of his wallet. I kept looking for the money and I found it! So when I paid for my fries, I handed his money to his co-worker and I wrote on the 5.00 bill, have the greatest day ever! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Food was good. Is it me or is the meat disappearing right b4 my eyes! I docked 1 star bcuz though I asked 4 light salt, I saw & that may have been light 4 the prepper, but 4 me, yikes... too salty still.

You probably know what you're expecting at a fast food chain. However, the staff is friendly and helpful which makes the difference. Additionally, the food is executed as well as any other location.

Employee Madison went out of her way she never stopped working she was on the Go the whole time I got there helping people very friendly as very impressed with her customer service skills.
