Predatory Billing Practice! Do yourself a favor avoid this place like the plague! Went to the doctor for a visit and before I went through with my visit I asked about the cost associated upfront because I didn’t want to get a bill later. I was told the 110 out of pocket plus my insurance (yes even with insurance) would cover the cost of my visit. Waited forever to have a quick check up with doctor that took like 5 minutes. A month or two later and I get a bill for 40 dollars??? I call and I share my story with the lady who was kind enough to take look at it because apparently cash visits are $130 (shady much)? I get a call later from the billing manager and apparently it’s my insurance fault that my visit came up 280 dollars which I was not told about. Would you go to check up for $280? I made it very clear it’s the principle of ensuring that I know what I am expected to pay. This lady was crazy enough to say to me and I quote “wow so you would go to the grocery store and walk out without paying?” LoL I paid 110 out of pocket and my insurance paid 140 and apparently I didn’t pay for my visit?! Good one! Moral of the story; there are ton of great local doctors don’t make the mistake of going here. Apparently you’ll be called a thief even though they are the ones robbing you with shady business practice. You tell me who’s the thief in this story. :)

Get it together!! Hire the appropriate amount of staffing needed to run a business! Poor (if any) communication, does not answer phone calls and rarely returns calls. If you are that busy, stop accepting new patients / accounts and focus on what's in front of you.

I have been going to Dr. Pulliam and Dr. Patel for over 20 years. I drive an hour just to see them. They have been so good to me over the years. While there is always a wait, they always make time to see me. They are busy because they make patients a priority. I appreciate the care I have received over the years, and the attention I have been givenice during my visits.

Terrible wait times. Husband had an appointment at 10:15. He arrived 15 minutes early. He was not seen by a doctor for over 30 mins after checking in on time. Total time in the exam room was 10 mins in my opinion the doctor could’ve and should’ve given his patient more attention rather than rush the visit, since clearly he’s not rushing his other appointments. After exam he waited over 30 minutes for a form. And I’m still counting the time because we are still here! Ridiculous customer service, unprofessional. Not to mention patients are unable to use the bathroom inside while waiting. Horrible wait times can be avoided by not booking so many appointments back to back. Not the medical office of our choice either so we had no other option but to go here. You except ridiculous wait times at amusements parks not doctor visits. They need to have a staff meeting on how they can better serve the patients.

I waited over an hour OUTSIDE in the cold morning weather to pee in a cup. Terrible waiting times. My employer provided the appt for me, but I would have rather gone to my own personal healthcare provider.

Very unprofessional place. I got hurt on job over a month and half ago been coming to this doctor to return to work and it just been hell‼️ Stop getting paid through workers comp which caused me to loose my home with 6 kids. I live in Sacramento and the just really need to fire everyone and start fresh. Very unprofessional service here smh

Great doctor hidden in a busy office. Understaffed for the amount of patients provided for but Dr. Pulliam is a gem and an amazing physician. His knowledge, communication, and patience is admirable and refreshing for a medical practitioner to take time to really care about his patients. His PA is patient, caring, and really listens to all your concerns. My kids have been going to Dr. Pulliam since my son got hurt playing high school football over 10 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Pulliam, just be patient with the overworked office staff.

What a low form of business. Made an appointment 5 hours before hand. When I came in I was told same day appointments are just considered walk ins. Process improvement needs to be implemented at these low level establishments. Waste of my time.

I had to go here for work for drug testing. I do not recommend, for drug hair samples they only need 90-100 hairs. The lady there yesterday cut in width 2 inches by 1 inch in diameter.
