The
bad
note
is
because
I've
had
a
bad
experience,
especially
for
a
Fairmont
hotel,
and
also
considering
that
I
was
celebrating
my
marriage
anniversary.
I
had
already
stayed
in
Fairmont
Quebec
and
Fairmont
Rio
de
Janeiro,
which
provided
great
service
and
structure.
In
Fairmont
Dubai,
however,
it
was
not
the
case.
The
rooms
are
undeniably
very
good,
but
the
service
is
not.
The
whole
experience
was
not
compatible,
in
my
opinion,
with
the
Fairmont
standard:
it
was
unsympathetic,
they
did
not
make
any
efforts
to
attend
our
requests,
the
hotel
made
some
mistakes
regarding
service
provided
by
the
restaurants
(even
the
pool
restaurant
is
not
affiliated
with
the
hotel),
and
the
manager
of
the
hotel
treated
it
very
poorly.
The
only
good
service,
I
guess,
was
during
checkout,
when
Hesham
provided
us
with
the
only
warming
service
we
had
during
our
stay.
The
breakfast,
although
very
vast,
doesn't
provide
many
tasteful
experiences,
the
pastries
are
not
good
and
there's
nothing
with
noteworthy
quality.
If
you
are
looking
only
for
a
great
room,
Fairmont
Dubai
might
be
a
good
choice,
but
if
you
consider
service
and
quality
of
the
food
in
the
restaurants
owned
by
the
hotel,
maybe
you
should
consider
other
options.
