Very good service but... internet disconnections sometimes annoys. 😁✌️

Actually, this place doesn’t work 24/7. It is clearly mentioned on-site that this place works 6AM-12AM. We checked google Maps and it was indicated 24/7 - this is a mistake. Be aware of it! Don’t come here if you want to have a drink at night. We came and it was closed, unfortunately. I have just suggested an edit about work time for this place. I believe, they will accept my amendment and you will not be misled.

Dear Caribou Management, I know this place for more than 10 years. I have been hanging out here while having a great view of Sheikh Zayed Road. I have plenty of memories with friends in this coffee shop. That being said, the smell of your toilets now are so bad I do not have a description for it. Unbelievably strong smell that seems like it has not been cleaned for more than 10 years! The smell is so bad that it reaches the whole sitting area upstairs. I am now ashamed to recommend this place to my new friends. I wish this issue can be resolved as this place has fantastic location and great coffee.

A spacious coffee shop in a very accessible location just few meters from the metro station. The coffee shop has two storeys and ample space to sit and work. Several seats has sockets for charging laptops and mobiles. They also have two meeting rooms available for rent. As traveller also working, this place was better option than Starbucks which have more noisy crowd than this. The option of beverages and pastries where good too.

Worst experience of my life. Dec 15th 2021 around 9pm, arab guy staff was extremely argumentative rude, mocking. 3rd time i have gone there to be treated by him very very very very bad.

It's one of the most cool place to sit,work,chat with friends. No one will ask you even if you are sitting for long time. If you want to sit and chill or work then this place is best for you. Located near Emirates tower metro station.

This used to my favourite place whenever I've had to pull an "all-nighter". Unfortunately they've stopped 24/7 services. I'm sitting at the super noisy coffee-shop next door and pulling my hair out right now 😟 Please consider going back to 24/7.

Location is just perfect.. on main Sheikh Zayed road. Have indoor and outdoor seating as well. The 1st floor is just dull would prefer sitting outside in winters.

Good coffee bad internet! The best thing about the caribou chain of cafes is that it's never crowded and they have good chairs! The worst thing about caribou chain of cafes is it's bad internet. Other than that, this place is very nice and located in a nice area in SZR, with plenty of seating options and paid public parking.

Possibly the best place for Coffee in Dubai - they always have ample space and their Baristas are great with the Coffee service. The taste is always apt and it’s a very soothing ambience in night. This is my favourite place to have a Coffee run in the night 😁

I like everything in this coffee shop, the waitress friendly and always smiling for everyone and they offer the help to explain some of their favorites, you can have your favorite coffee with a tasty snack, parking available on the site. The price is average The service was good and quick. I like it :))).

The outdoor setting is marvelous, sip a coffee and enjoy Sheikh Zayed Road and a Glimpse of Burj Khalifa

The staff are lovely, they do their job well and know how to make their customers feel welcome. The food and drinks are good. The atmosphere is great on the ground floor, however same cannot be said on the top floor, sometimes there is a funky smell emitting from the washroom upstairs so I would stray from the top floor.

Coffee is great , nice atmosphere. Definitely coming back to try the tiramisu cake

Upstairs smells of moldy carpet. Even though the chairs are comfortable the seating is crammed up. The Ac does not work properly, the upper floor and its neglected. The ground floor seating arrangement can be better but overall the ambiance is much better than upstairs. The food and coffee was 👍.

Used to love hanging out here to do some late night work or hang with friends until they turned the upstairs into some sort of private office (which used to have some of best seats in the cafe) and changed their work hours from 24/7 to 6am - 11pm (I think). I'm sure quality hasn't changed but the recent changes have kind of ruined the appeal of going there

Sept 18, Worst customer service we have experience we have book for a meeting room as advice we only have two spend 200 aed only consumable, as per our arrival we have advice we need to consume 400 aed and staff is very unprofessional. it is 8am in the morning and there is even no people and we are not allowed to you the meering room until we consume the 400 aed amount. pls advice the customer service to provide the details in details and dont be rude when we come here

We used to book the room upstairs until on our 3rd try. Marry told us that they have changed policies hence the room will be divided into two which makes it now 400 per hour. Since we are using it minimum 2 hrs per week. We were required now.to spend 800 per receipt consumable transactions. Really sad that Caribou had to do it. So thst day. We went to a diffent cafe nearby. Amd guess what. We got afree space. Long table and operates 24 hours with reward points too. Sadly we had to say bye permanently to our used to be loved place. Thanks Caribou. Bythe way.. Marry is great.

It used to be a nice, cozy place. The second floor is now closed with only a few seats on the ground floor. The air-conditioning is not sufficient. The washroom is not clean.

Horrible experience at this caribou. I was a daily customer and as I was seated outside waiting for my wife to come so we could order. The waitress approaches and says I have to order immediately or leave. I said I would be taking 5 minutes as i was waiting for my wife to arrive. But she kept insisting I order or leave. Same thing happened with my friend on another occasion at the same branch. We are or we were daily customers. Very impolite and frankly rude service. We don’t want to be told off just for waiting. Given we are daily customers too. Will never be visiting caribou again as other coffee shops would never treat their customers this way.

This was actually one of my favorite cafes because of the vibes and especially the view. However, recently, they updated the first floor and placed an office right by the window where the view used to be very good. I was kind of sad they did it, but it's still a good place

Perfect place to chill. It’s 24/7 with great internet connection (good for 2 hrs), you can also charge your phones and laptops for there are sockets, not sure if you can ask for another password after consuming the 120 minutes though.

I love that they have gluten free options. The gluten free hazelnut muffin is just 🤤 really chill location when I went at least. Caribou is super underrated to me! Comfy chairs, yummy options and alternatives to dairy... oat milk 🙌

A gud place for a quick catch up with friends or a business meeting

I love this coffee shop .I enjoy their cappuccino and Ferriro chocolate cake.It melts in your mouth like a fountain of happiness . The staff are very friendly and helpful . A Big Thank you goes to Justyn , Liesel and Shon ; the amazing staff who are making Caribou a wonderful place to visit

I love the coffee served in Carribou. But thanks to the SZR brand store manager, Dave, I have started to hate the coffee. Me and my colleagues together ordered 3 coffees and all of them were below par in taste. Sandwich was very dry and the Cinnamon Swirl wasn't fresh. The coffee beans were not of good quality and I believe they were using old ones. Furthermore, the response they gave for our complaint showed that they are least bothered about the customers. So disappointing to see such a service from one of the top coffee brands.

Nice place, prices are good and amazing view. I also enjoyed the mango and mint juice.

I had a perfect turtle mocha but the service was a bit slow, the outdoor area is nice but needs a little bit of decoration

I went there ..after my delicious dinner at Bombay brough DIFC...loved the ambiance and my coffee were superb...better than any other coffee in town...love it ...

It’s one of the nicest place to chill and sip your coffee over some good gossip with nice view (remember to sit upstairs for better city view)... it’s a decent place with soft music .. nice sofa.. and amazing coffee... LIFE IS SHORT ... STAY AWAKE FOR IT .. ☕️☕️☕️ but be patient coz it’s too difficult to find parking.. we took almost 3 rounds to get parking ...

My university friends and I had a huge assignment to finish together and the DM Starbucks we were at closed at 12. We came here because it was open 24 hours, and stayed till obnoxiously late. But we got so much done, and the coffee was SUBLIME! Nothing beats the late night SZR view... Except maybe late-night group assignments with friends in a Caribou that you'll remember forever. (My order was a no-whip skimmed-milk Fudgie Wudgie with extra coffee, in case you were wondering. And it RULED!)
