I’ve been coming to Est.14 for over 3 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. I usually see Jonathan, but have also had my hair both cut and coloured by Sammy and Paige, and I just can’t fault any of them. The team are true experts in their field, keeping up with current trends while also offering classic styles, the products used are always superb quality, cuts, colours and styling are always excellent, advice is top notch, and to top it off the whole team are warm, friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend Est.14 enough!

I have been coming here regularly for my haircut for 6 years now. With the abundance of salons and barbers in Hale and Altrincham, that speaks volumes for the quality of the service provided here. Customer loyalty born out of satisfaction of the service rather than convenience. A great family business as well.

Fabulous salon experience. I always feel very well looked after when I go from the scalp massage, cups of tea, foot stool during hair wash, magazine selection. You name it and they’ve thought of it! Sammy and all the staff are just lovely. Highly recommended.

I was charged £57 for basic hair cut. Never the less I wasn't offered the 30%discount when cut by the new stylist as I wasn't aware of their post on fb only to find out later. While I was there neither was I offered the basic 15% discount or a refund when I asked for it. The hair cut I wanted was no close to the one I asked for . Very disappointed. The new stylist was very friendly and warm. I enjoyed the experience however all other pointers together put my experience to 1 star..

After having issues with patch test reactions for 9 months, the thought of not being able to colour my hair anymore made me feel incredibly low. Jonathan at Est 14 was absolutely brilliant and really looked after me. He ordered a special PPD free and ammonia free product he used to use in salon and was so incredibly careful about not touching my scalp the whole way through. I can't tell you how happy I am I can have my blonde hair again. This is a hair salon that really cares about it's customers and they go out of the way to help you. Thank you - it means so much! x
