Never had a quick service at this KFC. Drive through just took me over 20 mins. This is not fast food. And it's at a time when Google Maps shows it as "not too busy". When I got home and checked my 6 piece bucket, they gave me 5 drumsticks and 1 thigh. The bucket I got is named "wicked variety". Well KFC, you certainly are wicked with giving me a variety of chicken. This branch has now put me off KFC as a whole

Ordered food here, waited for 35 minutes, there’s no enough staff, not friendly, frustrated while being here. Don’t go there🥵

made a big order, ask for a charger, young man wanted to give me a one, order lady who was very bossy and arogant said to him, no "she suppose to change her phone at home, this is restaurant", than she was shouting on different members of the team especially very young lady, very nice, and scared. The girl was very polite and I was sorry for her working in such conditiones, going put I gave her a tip, older lady, take money from her hand...no words for such behaviour. Never again.

Despite the fact that the restaurant was packed when I walked in about 30 minutes ago, about 1 minute later the lady behind the counter was already taking my order and about 3 minutes after that I was already eating my food, bear in mind it was one big bucket. My food was delicious, crispy and hot. The staff in that place really work some magic. Thank you guys.

Food has mostly been good here. On the odd occasion via drive through, we have had missing items once we have driven around and come in to the store to inform them, they have replaced with no problems. The queue for drive through is normally quite long but I know they do work as fast as they can and are generally quite friendly. I wouldn't advise to dine in as the tables and chairs are normally really dirty where people have left food and rubbish everywhere with no respect for the establishment. The toilets are always unclean also with wet flooring and toilet roll thrown about. It's a shame that they don't have someone on floor duty and bathroom duty at all times considering how busy this KFC gets and customers leave tables all cluttered and dirty.

I got a takeaway from here at 17:30 on Saturday. The place was really busy, inside & the drive through. The staff were friendly & service was very quick considering how busy it was. The food was great. My only concern was how untidy the restaurant was. Someone needs to do regular checks outside when it's busy and clean the mess.

This has got to be the worst kfc ever, ordered 2 wraps on the drive through and it took 25 mins from the point of order to getting the wraps. The lady who served me didn't want to be there to be fair and just dumped the bag into my hand. Awful service and the food was just as bad 👎

My visit to KFC was a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere with clean and well-maintained seating areas.
