Went to this laser tag place with friends and there was our game master called ‘ant’ who was really polite even while my friends were being quite rowdy and never once lost his cool and was very mature about them I’m writing this review just to appreciate his maturity and to express my opinion on how fun this place is and how well ran it is despite often being very busy. Thank you lazerquest you made our day 🤍

Attended a party here today. The party host, Nathan, was really empathetic with my son who was scared of the dark. He showed him around before the rest of the party guests went in and made reasonable adjustments to ensure the visit was pleasurable. The climbing wall was good with lots of gaming options and the pizza served in boxes was a hit with guests!

Great place for children's party, kids had a fab time. Staff was wonderful, well done to you all. Party room was so chilled, didn't feel rushed like most other places we have had parties. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Had my son's party here at the weekend him and his friends had a great time and the party leader ant I think his name was made it extra special very happy and enthusiastic kids loved it so thank you ant at the Trafford center Lazer quest :)

Always a great time here. My son's birthday party this weekend was hosted effortlessly. Great interaction with staff and the kids were thoroughly entertained and busy. Our party host was fantastic. She kept the rowdy boys under control and answered endless questions with ease. Highly recommended for parties.

We had a lovely time and arrived early when it was quieter. I was with my brother who has autism and Chelsea was really helpful and understanding which was appreciated (thank you!) - he had a great first time at Laser Quest!

Very nice set up and staff helpful the course we played was push chair friendly but very easy and all holes very similar.. very busy and felt like they just pushed as many people possible through the door ended up waiting for over 5 minute each whole and when you have under 5 this becomes difficult. I would go back but not in any rush.

We have had a great game everytime, weather its large groups or small groups. They set it as solo games when there is less than 10 people so theres no teams and you don't have to wait to fill the arena. You can book private partys. And for under £10 its great for both kids and adults.
